Learn how to pack your shipments!

"Not sure who taught Walmart.com associates how to pack, but you don't put 10 quarts of motor oil in with 2 cardboard containers of oatmeal. Oats everywhere! And I'm not being put on hold for 53 minutes nor am I going to pay to return an item that cost 2.88 cents, but I am going to suggest you seek proper training for your employees! "

HORRIBLE

"I ordered an item, that included two day shipping. eight days later, the package has been delayed, and getting in touch with a Customer Service Rep. is IMPOSSIBLE. Never again will I order anything from Walmart."

Delivery Never received but I was charged

"Never received my order but I was certainly charged! After making numerous calls (34 to be exact) and spending hours on the phone, I’m always told the same thing.... “I’ll push a message through to back office” It’s 11 post my non-delivered delivery and I’m still being told the same thing. Don’t waste your time or money. "

E-Mail Delivery (game codes)

"I read the e-delivery was supposed to take up to 4 hours max but usually within minutes. It has now been over 4 hours and I still have not received an email with the code I ordered and paid for. Slow and unreliable I should have drove 15 minutes to target to buy it. Much easier and hassle free. I know not to order through email delivery again."

Never order online

"I had ordered twice from them and both times I had some sort of run-in where only partial items would make it. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, which was a mistake, to get a gift for mother's day.
I got confirmation that the item was delivered but never got it. I checked around my complex, nothing. I go and cancel my other items as I have before because I had the time/opportunity, and again instead of it being canceled I see it shipped.
The whole thing is a joke. I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

Missing parts and terrible customer service

"I contacted walmart after having the mainstays buchannan loveseat for a month and finally moving into my place so I can put it together. I realized very quickly I can't put it together because it's missing parts. I contacted walmart and even though I was well within the return and replacement window I was told there's nothing they can do and they offered me a $13 credit. This was a $200 couch that I can't use because it's missing parts and they refused to send me a replacement, send me parts, or offer a full refund. I contacted them 4 times and every time they blew me off. I even asked for a parts list and said I'd pay for the brackets and drill them into the wood myself, and they still told me no. When I bought this loveseat, $200 was all I could afford at the time and walmart just ran away with my money."

Any excuse for bad service

"I ordered for several weeks because of stay at home. Single so I asked for 5 russet potatoes and received 6. Eggs are cheapest protein, asked for 2 cartons of jumbo 12 count. Did not receive any eggs, not substitute small, large or extra large, I got zero, substitute parchment paper for requested waxed paper. In what universe is parchment a substitute for waxed? Asked for 6 fugi apples, they are not even good enough for making apple sauce. I ordered original jimmy dean sausage and got hot as substitute. I can’t eat hot. A lot of items were out of stock and no substitute. Actually if I am desperate or dumb enough to try again I will request no substitutions. I placed order on Thursday afternoon and delivery wasn’t available until Monday afternoon. So I waited 5 days for terrible service. And I have to pay for bags with delivery. Some bags were basically empty several with only 1 item most with less than 4"

NEVER BUY ANYTHING ONLINE FROM WALMART ITS ALL SCAM

"I ordered some item one month ago but they never arrived. Made numerous attempts to call their SO CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE through phone, emails , chat NO RESPONSE. I instead receive the review request of the item that I never received and received following comments for not publishing my review.

Never order online

"I will NEVER NEVER order through walmart.com first of all they give you a ridiculous delivery time. Waited three days past the day it was supposed to be delivered, to which they say "it's something that happens alot" then when calling customer service to report that my order was missing I was on hold for about 2.5 hours to just be placed on hold even longer. All just to have them tell me that I would have to wait another day for someone from a different department to get in contact with me. I will never order through the website ever again and i dont recommend it to anyone."

Crooks

"I’m a consumer of WALMART for over 20 years. I’m also a WALMART credit cars holder for many years. I purchased from food, clothing, electronics computers ets.. furniture, car tires and batteries and toys for children and grandkids. Back in late March early April I made a purchase online through WALMART for an online they offer a HURRISE SPORTS LLC. This company are crooks and just the ratings and all of WALMART loyal customer loosing money and being lied to is ridiculous. However WALMART entertains what they are doing to their loyal customers. I believe in this birds of a flock , flock together. Beware of WALMART and HURRISE SPORTS LLC.

"you have to Wait 4 days for pickup time and they cancel via email 2 hours before pickup. Trying to reschedule does not work as no time slots are available. They leave to hold on your credit card until it expires and offer no priority for reschedule or compensation."

Grocery pickup fiasco

"Ordered online to pickup outside store on 4/9/20. When I arrived I was told their card reader was broke and I would have to go inside to resolve but 1st I tried calling Walmarts store manager, they never answered then tried calling Walmart Corp and was on hold until the answering machine told me I had a 17 minute wait.. Went to 2 different places inside Walmart and could not resolve the issue. I bought online so I wouldn't have to go inside the store because of this deadly virus and they say this will be the worst week, but walmart didn't give a damn about customers safety or resolving their problem. I went from pickup to customer service then all the way to the back of the store to customer pickup. None of these people had a clue as to how to resolve something that seemed to be so simple. I guess the real store manager was hiding from the virus at home ? I had to find everything and pay at the self check out since walmart FAILED. Thanks for possibly murdering me ? Poor management, lack of customer service and putting paying customers in harms way. Complete incompetence. Never again. Store was 6000 ogeechee rd Savannah Ga and I was told there is no store manager because she quit due to this virus. What a joke Walmart is and calling Corporate was useless. They stop you from contacting the CEO who is probably hiding from this virus too."

Horrible shipping g experience

"Walmart per say is not the problem, FedEx is the problem. Order suppose to Nobel delivered April 3rd, delayed, ok no problem. Now will be delivered on Mon. April 6th, says it was put on truck in morning for delivery. Nor delivered, said delayed again, little annoying but, ok said it would be delivered Tuesday, April 7th, put on truck again in early morning, guess what, it’s 8:30 in the evening and still NO PACKAGE! How can Walmart continue using FedEx if customer is experiencing this kind of HORRIBLE SERVICE? Definitely will think twice about ordering from Walmart again on line. Very disappointed. "
