"I ordered 4 wall plate covers and ended up not being able to use them for a large renovation. I called and asked if I could please return them, even though I was past their 30 day return window and I was told, "no because there MAY have been some slight change or variation." I pressed the guy and asked, "well there MAY have been a change in the wall plates since I bought them, or there WAS a change?" Two more times he stated that there MAY have been a change. After I pressed him several times to find out whether or not there was a change he said, "YES, there was." I then asked, "what was the change." He said, "a slight change in the color." This was obviously complete bull. My wall plates were white and they are not changing the color of "white" anytime soon. I purchased these wall plate covers about 11 months ago but my packages were unopened and untouched and I have the receipt. Terrible customer service. I basically have to throw these away. "
“You return was denied because the order was from 11 months ago. We often make exceptions to our 30 day return policy but we do need to have a cut-off at some point.
A time limit on returns is very common with all retailers and we are not alone in having a cutoff for returns.
As the largest retailer of wallplates in the country, we try to ship product as quickly as possible, have good communication with the consumer, offer fair pricing on product and shipping.

"I don’t usually write these things. With that being said I order antique brass plates for my phone jack and co axle cable. The screws supplied with these were to short. I contacted customer service and Wayne got back to me ASAP. I told him my problem and even agreed to pay for the new screws. He told me they would be shipped right out NO CHARGE. Now how many companies will do this. I am remolding my down stairs and upstairs bathroom and also my kitchen and from now on I will buy my wall plates no place else other than Wallplatesonline. "I went onto their website because I knew what I wanted and was hoping they had the item I needed. They did. Not only that, they had two other items I needed that I didn't realize that I did. I ordered 23 wall plates which was 7 different types. Four out of the 7 wall plate types could've been bought at a local retailer but with the cost just a mere .23 to .55 cents different than in the store, I decided to buy everything in one place. The order arrived quickly. I placed the order on June 6th and the order was in my mailbox by June 8th. I will be telling all my friends about this site as most of them are currently doing home renovations. I will be checking back as well as I still have the upstairs to update. Thanks again. "
