went to hell to get our prescription refilled

"today is 2018/02/21, we went to wal green at 101coors blvd nw, albuquerque, nm 87121, the pharmacy manager is brandy, B, the tech is Tricia. our doctor call in to Brandy for our prescription, then call us to let us know, sertrline, two pills a day, 90 days supply, for a year. so I call walgreen ***-***-****, Brandy answer the phone, she said she just got the prescription, 30 pill for 30 days supply, no refill, If I want something different, I need call the doctor. so I did. after 30 min hard work, I finally get thru the doctor and tell them what brandy said. The doctor office was confused. so they call walgreen again. I also did. this time, I talk to jesemin, she is very nice and she said I get 180 tablets and come to pick up. before I hang up, doctor office called that they claim there is nothing wrong with precription. we should get sertraline for 90 days supply, 180 tablets. I was confused and went quickly to pick up our meds before they change their mind. we picked up the meds and paid for it. we asked the cashier " who is brandy?", they pointed to pharmacist manager. We went and wait on line to talk to her. we asked her "what happened?" she said the doctor office change the prescription. We know she lied. She abused her power to put us thru the hell for her job frustration. only because, we need medicine and she can. we pointed out her lie and ask to talk to dispute department. suddenly, there is a sharp voice from Tricia, service tech that dispute needed to be filled with doctor on the phone. I remember her, everytime she answered the phone, she snaps about everything, no answers, always doctor office need do more things. I wonder why Tricia shouted out to me, when we were talking to Brandy. The lies continues. Brandy asked us to sit down and wait on the side for linda the assistant store manager to take our complain. Linda look very young and busy. I went to front end and verify if Linda is really assistant manager. Corrina said she is , Linda is only trainee. so we told her what happened. before we finish, Corrina told us that she need to get our file. so she did. There is only one and original prescription, it says Zoloft , 2 tablets per day, 60 per month, 5 refills. it is enough for 90 days supply , a couple time. Brandy lied to us. unfortunately, Corrina sees it differently, she went on that insurance requires ...... or we have to pay more later on...... we know Corrina lies now. we have taking this medicine for over 5 years and get refill from walgreen. after walgreen run thru computer, we pay the co-pay. we never get call back for more money. and the medicine we get is sertraline ,not zoloft. someone falsify the prescription. wal green should be more concern that prescription says zoloft and we get sertraline refilled. now, Corrina accuse us twist her words and change her mind to give us a copy of prescription. we were told by another assisstant manger Xavier that store mange will call us tomorrow and report to 1-***-***-**** for the records. we call 1-888---, Lowell told us to call Hector perez ***-***-****, he is walgreen regional ...."

"They completely ruined my wedding programs, not only am I out over $100 now but half the back is cut off. There was no alert saying it would be like that or anything it looked perfect in the preview but I guess that’s what I get for thinking they were helping me out with a “decent price” so disappointed and so sad. A month from my wedding and all I can think about is how bad they look"

Numerous problems with Walgreens.com photo's and service

"Walgreens.com photo used to have quality photo books and quality customer service. Different recent orders have ALL had problems and needed to be reordered with numerous calls to customer service.

The most recent order needs to be reordered for a 3rd time!!! I've been waiting for days for someone to call back to help me. Customer service can't help because the order is over $50.00 and they said I will need to wait again for a supervisor to call back within 24 hours. That was last week I'm still waiting. When I called back today and went through the same story only to be told again they will have someone call me back within 24 hours. Another long waste of time with nothing accomplished.

Walgreens.com no longer seems able to deliver a quality photo book or to be able to handle problems. Recent problems have included: the second 1/2 of a photo book was someone else's photo's; 4 back inside covers were wrinkled where glue was placed; an album cover was dented along the top edge; 4 covers were miss printed by cutting off 1/2 of a persons face even though it looked perfect in the preview.

They also deleted all my albums that I've spent many hours formatting on each project. They claim that they sent out notices, but there was were no notices with a warning in the subject line of removing projects.

I will no longer recommend Walgreens.com photo's or their service. I can't trust them with my work and it seems impossible to get help to deliver a good product without problems!

Walgreens: Not a reputable provider, They've lost my business!

"Went to Walgreens for a Flu shot today. Told me my insurance wasn't accepted. Really? My wife went to a local grocery store (HEB), asked for a Flu shot, gave the same insurance card and wasn't charged a dime. Walgreens stole $31 from me and I will NEVER EVER shop there again."

Their glitch was my nightmare

"Hadn't ordered in a while, was excited until I received a confirmation email with an incorrect address. Called immediately and was on the phone for almost 30 minutes only to be given wrong information. They said they had to cancel the order because they couldn't change the address. The order was supposedly cancelled, yet I got a shipping confirmation email instead. Called to find out what they could do and the rudest so-called CSR was of no help whatsoever. She told me once I received the package to simply return it. The problem is their system glitch didn't update my address although I updated it, so how would I receive a package where I haven't lived in years. I'm so disappointed and annoyed. Not ordering from them anymore."

"huge company so I didn't expect much when I had a problem with my order. It did take a long time for them to answer my email (weeks) but once they did they apologized (it was the holidays) and fixed my issue. I will continue to shop here b/c it's very convenient and they have good special offers and pricing."

"Walgreens mail order service failed to deliver necessary medications and gave me the runaround, lying to me repeatedly while I had to keep calling them only to reach liar after liar who showed no responsiveness to my medical needs. After a month and lacking necessary medications I am in despair."

Incompetent pharmacist

"Once again Walgreens disappoints. The pharmacy located at 18th Broadway in Quincy, IL has a pharmacist named Luke than apparently passed Pharmacy school without being able to read doctor's orders. Once, twice even four to five incidents and OUT RIGHT MISTAKES (#30 quantity does NOT equal a 30 day supply especially if thw script calls for 2 a day.) Over a several month period can be understandable considering how busy and big the place is... throw in the time of year and I will understand. I've tried but after 10 times of this happening, it is not an accident anymore and after 20... well that's just worthless. I'm done. After my meds are filled this month, I don't care if what I have to sign, fingerprints and blood... whatever. I'm going elsewhere. How does this guy keep his job and can't divide 30 by 2!!! Not out of meds and not even mad anymore. Just very surprised how he keeps his job. I'd of been let go months ago after the second "mistake"."

Customer Unfriendly!

"I ordered several bottles of mouthwash. They can just thrown in a box with nothing to secure the tops of the bottles or prevent the bottles from banging against one another. As you might expect, there was damage--one bottle completely torn open with leakage all over the box and the other bottles; another bottle had it's top ripped off leaving just a piece of foil covering the opening. I won't risk having my family put potentially contaminated liquid in their mouths.

I called customer service and informed them of the issue. They said I would need to go back to a Walgreens STORE to return the damaged bottles. REALLY???? If I wanted to go to a store I could have gone to one and bought the stuff myself. I buy EVERYTHING online and have NEVER been asked to return spilled goods, much less bring them "to a store." I will NEVER buy from Walgreens again--not online, not in a store (if I ever need to go to one). It's so easy to go online and find the best price and order from anywhere in the country without ever going to store--that's how I shop.

I guess Walgreens just isn't interested in competing with Amazon, CVS, Target, etc. etc. etc. for online business. They've certainly lost MY business--and for just over $20 they should have refunded. Very dumb to be so customer unfriendly in a retail environment where there are so many choices for online goods.

A complete rip-off, no one that works there seems to really understand the machines and have never accomplished what I wanted at all nonetheless getting out of the store with a crappy copy of an overcharged shotty few copies of a few pix in less than a e hour timeframe. NEVER EVER WILL I STEP FOOT IN ANOTHER WALGREENS!!!! "

Placed and order and never received the product due to mislabeling and customer service would not help resolve the problem.

"This is my one and only time ordering from Walgreens.com and any Walgreens store. Placed an order with specific shipping address but the order was shipped with a mistake in the address and now customer service won't help because someone else has received the package. Now I am missing my order that I have paid for. This is horrible customer service, I will never ever do business with Walgreens again."

"Walgreen's pharmacists know nothing about medication, prescriptions, or patient communication. They are so ignorant as to be dangerous."
