"I will never buy from them again! I purchased 2 pairs of glasses from Wale, paid for them, received them, then six months later I received a bill for the same purchase. Six months later! My bank, I've since learned, doesn't keep records that far back. I contacted them and spoke to Lisa, apparently in charge of billing. I explained that I had already paid for it, but could not provide any proof because of the amount of time that had passed since I made the purchase. At first she was lackadaisical, saying she'd discuss it with someone on her end and get back to me. Weeks later, I still hadn't heard back and called to see what was going on. She was very rude and said that SHE was waiting to hear back from ME and their accountant said that ALL credit card companies keep records up to a year. I told her I didn't use a credit card, but a bank card and that my bank does not keep statements after 6 months, and furthermore, was it their policy to send out merchandise that had not been paid for. She said it used to be and that if I didn't pay I'd be sent to collections. I said it wasn't really fair for them to wait so long to bill me and then threaten me will collection when I could not provide proof of payment. She was silent. I figured this was not worth wasting any more time on and just paid (AGAIN) and told her that I would not be purchasing from Wale again. A $134 lesson. Their customer relations is severely lacking."

"I buy raw materials and equipment from them for manufacture. Dan and Charlie always cheerful, informative and professional. They have been a tremendous source of knowledge and helpfull advise. They will not sell you something you do not need.
Orders usually ship the same day and their prices are the best on the web. On occasion I have found an item cheaper elsewhere and they have always been glad to work with me. When a glitch arises, as they do sometimes when human beings are involved, they were on it immediately and got it fixed.
I see no reason why I would ever be the least interested in doing business with anyone else and strongly recommend them to anyone in the glass trade as either a hobby or professionally.
Great company, terrific folks!

"They took 31 one days to ship out my order which was only done after I called to check up on the order status. The item was in stock and available for sometime but they didn't ship it out till I asked where it was. "
