"Wasn't very happy with the results, they made everything look like a perfect store with great support; however, when the items were received I was very unhappy. For example, when I ordered Island Paradise Red Board Shorts Size 34, I received a size 30. Then, on the same order I asked for Hibiscus Red Board Shorts for Women, and I received Maroon Board Shorts without a top.
So I decided to have that fixed, because I was looking for a matching set. Well, I emailed them once just after receiving the items. No response the first week, and it was a very nice calm email with every little detail including the original receipt. So I decided to call them up, I used the phone number on the site, as well as followed the posted hours. It said the place was closed, so I tried emailing them again with about the same email, this time shorter. Still no response, so about 3 days after no response by email. I called them and emailed them, both with failing results.
So I just gave up, and said screw it. In the end, I was expecting matching swimwear with a hibiscus design for male and female, as well as a matching top for the female. I ended up with, 1 bright red pair of mens shorts that I can't wear, and 1 pair of maroon women's shorts without a top."
