Between the gap of Good and Bad.

"WGC sells items at a reasonable price, has a good and modern website, easy to locate your desired item. The customer service is a 2/5 for me from my experience, they barely understood English and mistook what I said. Now, the time it took to deliver, it says on the website: "1-2 weeks" is its average shipping time. Mine took 3 weeks and I live in Hong Kong, where they originate at and it still took 3 weeks. "

Usually great service

"Usually great service, but unfortunately a recent issue marred this.

I ordered 2 Lonex nozzles, and one Lonex Cylinder Head. The seal was terrible on both. Probably a one off (but both nozzles were affected).

I have been teching AEG's a long time, I would be called expert by peers. I checked all air seals, nozzle o-ring condition, issue persisted.

I contacted WGC, feeling about 95% confident that they would simply assign store credit to my account for the $9 dollars (2 nozzles), but it was a hard no, and referred to their 3 day return policy.

I understand that if the product is used in the field, then there are too many variables (including poor skill). But these were brand new, never used, and I sent a video showing the exact problem.

Siucut replied and said the issue could not be reproduced at their end. But that doesn't really change much. MY product was defective at no fault of my own.

Having been in business a while myself, this situation should have been handled very differently. The value of a lifetime customer (as I would have been), and POSITIVE recommendations is incredibly important, and well worth 9 dollars (which costs them about $3 with markup).

It's simply an unfortunate example of how not to run a business, and I am disappointed with WGC, they are usually great, quick service, reasonable prices etc.

Siucut reiterated no refund or replacement, or store credit, which really surprised me.

Take this review as you wish, but I would advise that WGC does not go above and beyond for the customer as I believe a good business should, nor does Siucut understand the life time value of loyal customers.
