"Tires where good price great. But once I had not one but 2 claims accepted there were no tires on stock. Had to be checking everyday for a month or more on their site if they had the tires. Once I finally saw them I did as I was supposed to. Been 8 days haven't received anything. Had to track the invoice guess what my order is pending. For what reason I don't know I just email them. Let's see what is the problem now. I been patient I would think that's why I had to let it out. "

"I bought a set of tire chains. When they arrived they were missing an assesory. I emailed them. They replied right away and said they would ship the missing part. The missing part arrived in a few days along with a HAND WRITTEN note apologizing for the error. That sort of thing is unheard of these days.

"I purchased a set of tire chains for a vacation trip to Lake Tahoe over Christmas in October 2015. When I used the chains, one chain link broke on the left tire as we were driving up the mountain so I took it off. When i returned home I contacted Vulcan Sales, unfortunately I was past the the time when I could return it to them but them graciously said for me to take a picture of both left/right chain and highlight the chain that broke. I did that and uploaded the picture and they forwarded to the mfg and I got a new one today. Great service and follow through. I will definitely buy other things from them and would recommend the company to buy things. "

"I bought a set of studded snow tires from Vulcan tires in November as of today 1-9-15, I have had to have them patched 4 different times, due to the studs poking through the insides of the tires, which in turn creates a big hole in the tire, I have contacted them about this, and they are basically saying there is nothing wrong with the tires and that its unusual for the studs to do this, I know its unusual, that's why I contacted them, but they act as though they don't want to do anything about it. Would NOT recommend buying from them!"

"I ordered a small item from Vulcan on a Thursday and paid $40 extra for next day shipping. I absolutely needed the item on Monday to install on an already loaded truck, and I figured that a next day order would ensure I got it on Monday worst case.
Come Sunday, their automated tracking system is still showing no tracking number. I tried calling but they only work Mon-Fri. I finally called Monday at noon wondering what the status of my order was, and THEY HAD NOT EVEN SHIPPED THE ORDER YET!
In summary, I ordered a small item, paid an extra $40 for next day shipping, and 94 hours later they had still not shipped the item. I have now canceled the order and asked for a refund...we shall see.
No responsible merchant would conduct business this way. I recommend you stay far away from Vulcan.
