I was called because I was concerned that I may not have ordered the right part as the diagram's made it a little confusing to me. He emailed the diagram as we were talking so we were looking at the same thing. I described what part I needed. He informed me that I had ordered the wrong part and provided me the correct part number plus the part number for a clip that was also needed.

I asked him what I needed to do to cancel my wrong order. He said, "I will take care of it for you." I then went back to their website and ordered the correct parts. I appreciated his, "How can I help you" attitude and service. It's hard to find people that really care about helping their customers these days.

Their prices are great! You possibly might find your parts a little cheaper, but will you get the level of service you will appreciate it when you need it. No doubt I will go back to them for my future needs.
