I would have pulled the trigger sooner if they had said "free shipping" on the item page instead of waiting until viewing my cart to see that they discounted the shipping out of the total. Perhaps I missed something on their site but when I clicked to "estimate shipping" it gave me a cost instead of just saying "Your order qualifies for free shipping!" I would have stopped looking and purchased right away. "

He didn't want my credit card with a hold on it not knowing how long it would be before item was available. He gave me options for the order and I decided to keep the order and wait. I find it ironic that I get better service from a Volvo dealer outside my state, better than the Demontron Volvo dealership which is not even listed on the online Volvo store. Maybe that is a sign from Odin that I should just continue to order from Annapolis. They even went out of their way to contact me about another part I ordered with my 2006 XC90 order, yes I have 2 Volvos and also have a 2011 XC60R which needed the grill badge as mine had faded. Waiting to get my parts but currently very happy."
