Volumerate is a scam

"They are liars! Took forever to get my package. Sent false tracking numbers and sent the wrong product. Never sent the package that I ordered and now we fighting about the amount they refunded me. They have no integrity and should not be trusted! Buy from them at your own risk!"

"Order took two weeks to arrive using "Germany Direct Line".
I got an email which told me that the tracking number has changed. Neither the original nor the changed tracking number was traceable.
No need to use the tax guarantee, because its sent from within the EU.

I'd recommend volumerate and I will buy there again.

Horrible! 60 days to discover that my parcel was lost

"I bought a mobile phone for 200€, after waiting 60 days then I asked for a refund. Luckily I purchased it through Paypal so I was able to claim a refund. If it would have been for the seller they kept replying to me please wait one week more... I will never buy a single thing from their website. Goodbye"

horrible transportation

"well ati first i was astonished by the prices so i bought new phone for myself at that point i didnt knew anything about them or so . after completing my purchare i started to wait at the website it sayd they ship stuff in 3-4 days and transport in 5-11 days. my phone was shipped in 8 days and and im still waiting for my phone after 1 month. i contacted them at live support and what they sayd is that it was delayed because of securyti checks and holidays but the strange thing is that November doesn's have major holidays and they just sayd (your item will be delivered asap) something like that . how they can deliver it asap if it is going for more than 1 month. i'm really dissapointed in them and i wont buy anything else from them."

never again!

"I used to buy stuff from eud.dx.com and i was very happy with the service. Since some time eud.dx.com redirects to volumerate.com. I ordered one 20 something dollar mi band 2 and it did not get delivered to Germany, because of some customs issues. I paid extra for insurance and for expedited delivery(5-7 days). When i asked for my money back already more than 40 days had passed since i ordered the band. The answer was to wait 2-3 more weeks. When i asked to paypal help me get my money back, they stepped up and got me my money. During this whole time(since the 22nd day) i had i ticket open at volumerate where i asked for assistance multiple times, but i was only asked to wait longer and longer. This is not a service. This is stupidity. I will never order again from them or from dx. There are some many other website, which offer exactly the same. I would not support such behaviour and incompetence any further."

A disappointing seller - DO NOT BY FROM THIS SITE!!!!!!!!!!

"I have order a phone from this site, and was delivered in 5-6 weeks,
I have received the **** with a defective charger...and the software had to be reinstalled (by me) to solve some bugs.
The problem is that now they do not respond to my ticket for 3 weeks, I have asked for a new charger...and nothing.

As DX all OK volumerate is another storry

"I am using DX drop ship program for 3 years now with minor issues but not anymore. Since they switch to volumerate I have many complaints from customers receiving counterfeit memory cards. I never had this problem before and I trusted DX. Now its a nightmare"

"I pleaced a order and a few days later I get a track and trace code from volumerate. But that doesn´t work. So I contact Volumerat true mail but I get no answer.

I have send several messages to volumerate but still no answer. The order was shipt on 26-09-2014 an today 9-10-2014 I still don´t haven recieved anytyhing.

I hav no idea if I get my order from volumerate.

"This Volumerate is a big CHEAT!!!

I completed my order worth USD $619.50 including shipping of $94. It is quite expensive since I requested to ship it right on my door step (door-to-door). After A week, I as told that some items is not available so they cannot ship the items. They let me wait almost a month after payment.

August 27, 2013 I received an email from them saying it was shipped with tracking number included and it will take 10 days. So I monitor this closely and by morning of Sept 2 it was already in the Philippines.

I was wondering why those I ordered from Aliexpress with free shipping using China Post I already received considering it was ordered late. After few days I check it with them and asked why they send my items to Post office wherein I paid that much for post office? The acknowledge that it was their mistake. Then they start to offer coupon, discounts and refund by Sept 27 if I don't have the items with me.

Today is 27th of Sept and no refund was given. The guy from the skype told me that I have wait another month for the refund. Then I contacted their support the guy from the Skype talking like no brain.

After few exchange of words, that Anna said they hand it over to their Finance Dept. Sent few more messages but no more reply.

This is CLEAR, after taking my money they will just simply IGNORE you. You can't do anymore since they have your money already.

Don't just believe what they say in their home page. Escellent customer service (hiding from customer after getting my payment)Quick and trackable delivery ( I can only track but I don't have the item), Competetive price ( they charge me USD $94 for Post Office shipping) & Extended product line ( it's true since they will extend the days because they are selling thought they don't have stocks).

I don't if I can still get my money. But whatever happen, I learned from this and you should also learn from this. You better buy the items from Alibaba and you are directly communicating with manufacturer.

"They were great for ONE transaction in 2009, subsequent transactions have been miserable failures. They won't refund any out of stock items (even if 8 of 10 of the items you ordered are out of stock, they'll only offer you store credit, which never gets applied)

To compound the buggery, some items that were of decent build quality previously have been replaced with cheaper knock-offs that look almost identical (Flux, blowtorches, Bluetooth dongles (these have fake antennas!))

"I have just made my first, and last, order with Volumerate and can't see how all the good feedback received has been earnt.
One order of two sku's. After 1 week advised one is no longer in production. The listing for that is still up after 2 weeks.
They asked if I wanted store credit for the difference.
I declined and asked that they make up the order with the other item. This it seems was just too complicated and it took 7 emails and basic maths lessons (with pictures from their own site) to explain to them the quantity I should receive for the money I have paid. Now I am still owed money as they decided to ship the wrong quantity before agreeing they were wrong.
Simple refund for the difference should resolve this
Well no! Apparently I am to believe because I paid in GBP they cannot refund as their Paypal only works in Dollars and actually quoted me the reply they received from Paypal stating they have no money in the account and no other payment method is set up. Hmmm that sound a little worrying to anyone else
I buy large quantities of items from lots of overseas wholesalers and have had a few problems, which is expected from time to time. This site however appears to be run by total incompetents

"I ordered from them recently to get an item that I couldn't find elsewhere. At first, there was a two week delay where my shipment did not do anything, the online tracker just sat there. After two weeks, I sent them a message asking what was happening and within 24 hours they had replied and within 3 days they had figured out the problem, which was not their fault. The factory had moved locations. They apologized and moved my order to first priority and I had it within a week after that. It was easy to work with them and I would do it again. The only problem I had was how much it costs to ship. if you are planning on buying from them, try to buy a lot at once as it will be a lot cheaper that way."
