"I ordered 4 compatible ink cartridges for my Epson 880 printer, and all I can say is "WOW!" What a savings! I am an advertising agent, so i go through so many color cartridges a year. I was paying $27.00 a piece at Office Depot. This company sold them for $4.00. And the quality was EQUAL! Shipment arrived promptly. I cannot believe that Epson rips off consumers for this kind of money. Thanks Voltex you have my business!"

"I bought resused ink, and it streaked across the page. I sent the package back paying shipping. I asked for new ink, not old to replace it with...they charged me twice as much shipping the second time. They also send reused cartidges again, i called, complained, and they sent out new ink... charged shipping again, as well as another $80+ thus bouncing my card $30.00 I refused the first package and UPS refused BOTH packages, this both went back to florida. When talking with Customer Service, I gave up, the whole thing was a mess, and cost me over $120+ bucks for ink I could have had for $65 down at staples... and this is the short, edited version of what happened. Never again....

In the end, after much debating with customer service as well as one of thier billing officers, it cost me 1 month, 5 long distance calls, $32.00 and I still don't have any ink. My final recomendation would be that despite friendly and helpful customer service, the savings and rather junky remanufactured cartridges justisn't worth avoiding the trip to staples."
