"On the 23rd of August I ordered three parts. After not receiving the parts by Sep 16th I called voiplink to find out why the items had not been shipped. They informed me one item was no longer available, when asked why I wasn't notified, they could provide no excuse. They promised to send the remaining two items the following day, three days later the items were finally sent. Unless I'm in dire need, I will not be using Voiplink again."

"summary: no out-of-stock indication on website, misleading information about when product would be available, difficult time canceling order.
Ordered a trixbox appliance ($1400ish). After several days of no status update, I call to find out that they are out of stock, but should be receiving a new shipment in the next day or two. After waiting a few days, call back and was informed that they were still expecting a new shipment in another day or two. I asked to have my order canceled. Customer service rep (Grant) agrees to cancel order, and send me confirmation email. Waited 4 hours, and after not getting a confirmation email I call back, talk to Marian, who tells me that she will talk to Grant and get the order canceled. Waited a few more hours, then sent an email to ****@**** requesting that they cancel the order. Next day, no reply or email confirmation of order cancelation. Called, talked to Marian again, she cancels order and refunds credit card as we are talking. Can't explain why it wasn't done previous day."

She lied and said that it was declared as U$ 389,00...I received the purchase here and I had to pay extra R$ 694,00 because she did not declare anything. None declaration.
