"Ordered 20 power adapters for Polycom CX600 phones (4 sets of 5 adapters). Site clearly stated they were in stock and would ship the same day. As I needed them immediately for a rollout, I also paid the ridiculous price for overnight shipping. 4 hours later I get an email from "Louie" stating that there will be a 2 day processing time due to "Polycom restrictions". What a load of BS. Clearly bait & switch. Go with a reliable supplier, not these jokers. I also tried ordering the same items from www.ipphone-warehouse.com - which must be a sister site. Got the exact same song and dance from them except they said the 2 day processing time was due to Maryland restrictions!"

"I placed an order about a year ago, but when I recently called for support, there was nobody there during business hours to answer the phone, and they haven't returned my voice message.

While their prices are spot-on, don't expect any sort of after-sales service from them at all! I'll be buying my phones elsewhere in the future.

"Ordered a iPPBX system, gateways, and voip phones from voipvad.com. Late that same day I receive an email from them stating that the iPPBX system I ordered was not carried anymore and if I would like to continue the order minus that item. I thought that was very strange but replied yes anyways. The next day I check my email and saw nothing from them so I check their website, the order show that the item in questions was adjusted to $0 but not deleted. The shipping charge was NOT adjusted, a difference of about $10, not a big deal for at the time. Three days later I receive an email from VoipDW.com stating that the order was put on hold due to the shipping address not being on file. Confused on who VoipDW.com was I called the number in the email, they said that they were the "parent company" and they would handle the order, which they had put on hold. I've had the credit card for 9 years and had no problems before, called the credit card, charge had cleared and addresses were all in order. Called VoipDW, transferred me twice then told me they would call me back. Later they called me back stating that it was "company policy" not to except orders from new customers when the shipping address wasn't the billing or on file. Gave him the phone number of the credit card, he said it didn't matter and it was policy, I replied that it was their loss and to go ahead and cancel the order.

I order about 30 complete systems a year, tried VoIPVAD because my regular supplier was out of stock. Will NEVER again order from VoIPVAD or VoIP DW.

"I ordered a refurbished Cisco phone. It was dead on arrival. VoIP DW told me since it was refurbished, they wouldn't support it, replace it, or give me my money back and I had to go to Cisco.

Spent literally hours on the phone with Cisco support (who were great, but couldn't fix the phone). They replaced it with a phone designed for connection to their phone system not SIP. More hours on the phone and Cisco eventually said they don't support the phone for SIP connections.

Went back to VoIP DW who flat out refused to help me. Said I had to *buy* tech support to get the phone working. I said I would if they could guarantee to get it working but they refused. I don't want to throw good money after bad so I declined.

All I have left is a bad taste in my mouth, and a brick of a phone.

Don't touch these people!

"Ordered a switch online. Wanted it delivered overnight so I called their 800 to verify, the guy said no problems. Later that morning, someone called back and said there was a problem with the order and that the price is actually higher than the one ordered, he said we can do one of two things, cancel or order with the higher price. Absolutely ridicoulous. He blamed it on a programming error. Don't bother with them."

"I'm a VoIP integrator installer so I've shopped at a lot of VoIP stores. These guys tend to have the best prices and the product is always shipped the same day. I would say they have the fastest and most accurate shipping of any of the VoIP stores I've shopped at. "

"I called the company to see if they sold a power supply for a PolyCom 500D Interface Module (2201-06415-003. They said yes and said the cost would be $11.97 and the total would be $22.28.

I was very happy to receive the part but quickly found out the connector did not fit the Interface Module which rendered the Power Supply useless. I called the company (http://www.voipdw.com/) at ***-***-****.

I was transferred to s guy who said they don't sell that module so they don't sell the power supplies. I would be reimbursed 11.97 minus restocking fee unless I could give him the name of who I spoke with. If and only if i could provide a name, he would then think about "working something out about the restocking fee".

When I asked what good a name would do, he said he wanted to get the person on the phone with us and ask if they suggested this power supply for my polycom phone.

My issue is that he suggested that I called his company with an invalid part number which didn't fit my phone. Who in their right mind would do such? I like anyone else, called to say here is my phone and I need a power supply, do you sell it? I think this company is a scam and making money by selling unusable parts and then making money off the restocking fee. I suggest to avoid this company.

"Ordered 3 items -- two different ATAs and 1 ATA wireless adapter. When they arrived, it turned out that the wireless adapter would only work with one of the ATAs. No big deal, but was not advertised as such. One ATA worked OK, the other was locked. Contacted the manufacturer, who said its locked, the reseller is who locked it, and there's nothing they can do. They tell me to contact the reseller. Contacted voipdw. They said "since that one's defective, we'll send you a new one". But another locked one? The item received was not defective, just locked (was advertised as unlocked). I've wasted enough time on this. Money back, please. Since wireless adapter only works with this device, money back for that too. Now they want a restocking fee, and I have to pay shipping back. I pay shipping both ways, plus restocking fee? Horrible customer service. Slow to respond. Apparently not interested in repeat business. They may be among the cheapest, and the customer service sure reflects that. Will not buy from them again."

"Initial order was uneventful, ordered 5 Wireless IP phones. Within two months, one of the phones broke and the manufacturer told me to request an RMA from the seller. I contacted VOIP Discount Warehouse on 10/17/07 for an RMA. It is now 62 days later and I still don't have my phone. I have had to contact them repeatedly for status on the RMA and all they ever gave me were excuses. Quite honestly the worst customer service I have ever received. "
