"So I ordered about $800+ of tuning for my bmw… and when I wanted help with a couple of things I was told to fill out a “ticket” with the tuning team, which supposedly only takes “24hrs” for a response. Little did I know it took them well over 3 days just for them to tell me to reach out to a mechanic or look in forums for help!!!!???? Like seriously? They have people that literally specialize in tuning cars but couldn’t bother answering a couple of questions about the problems and codes I was getting… They didn’t even try at all, never ordering a thing from them ever again! "
"The email confirmation says it will automatically send you a tracking number, it did not. I submitted a ticket asking for tracking number, never received one. I was not able to make sure we were there when driver delivered package. $400 down the drain!!"

"Definitely changed my 2012 Panameras performance. Laid down 20 ft of rubber AND the boost stays up instead of dropping to 6 psi when u stay in it. Only issue i had is having a problem downing the new file back to the hand held device. Called VR and they do not have the people to figure it out and help solve the issues. So panic mode set in. Ofcourse w just spending $1300.00 bucks. So here is some help that i found out on my own. When you download the file from VR, make sure u do not put it in a folder on your desktop. When u try to download it to your handheld to put in your car, the hand held WILL NOT recognize or accept the file. After about 4 hours of stress, i ran across an area on my laptop where the file had downloaded. The handheld accepted that one. VR didnt even have to time or effort to help me out on that. I was told, well, really not our product so you are on your own…Other than that, im satisfied w this rocket! "
