I received my order and was amazed with the careful packaging and time they put into making sure everything was good to go. I received beautiful coral which opened up within hours of putting them in the tank. The fish was also amazing even though I lost one which was a Flame Hawkfish which they do not ship that great anyway. I called and told them about the death and they refunded me the money without any problem or hassle. I also ordered 6 ATI bulbs and when I got them, all of them were broke down the center. So I called again and they apologized and sent out 6 more with no problems. I got them in 3 days. I will definitely order from them again without hestiation. They are very reliable and will work with the customer. When you call its no voice greeting, it's a actual person. "
