During our last order a rep drove 300km out of Melbourne to accomodate our unrealistic timeline. This company is outstanding and extremely promising in what they do.

"I ordered a stand up banner and said it absolutely had to be delivered on a specified date - a Thursday. The banner did not get collected by the courier until the Thursday (the day I was promised delivery would take place) and it was on an overnight service from Melbourne to Sydney. Over $300 for a banner that is useless to me. I didn't receive any calls despite me being promised that the issue had been escalated to management."

They put my billing address on the shipment via TNT instead of my shipping address so it was returned to Melb.
