"Fantastic purchase, everything went very smooth. Vive had the lowest price the KEF R900 Floor speakers in piano black. I ordered them after speaking to Jake over the phone. I called in because I had some questions regarding the speakers. The product shipped out in 24 hours and they emailed me my Fedex tracking information and everything arrived in perfect shape. They shipped me a dehumidifier that I did not order, instead of the one I had ordered. It took multiple calls to get somebody to finally pick up their phone. This person (Chris) treated me with disrespect, yelling, talking over me, and finally hanging up the phone on me. I also filled out the contact form online, but never received a reply. After almost 3 months, I received a threatening email from Jake Morton asking me to send the dehumidifier back within 48 hours OR they would send me to Collections. A ridiculous threat as they had nothing to collect (my credit card had fully supported my claim). Stay away from this fraudulent business!"

"DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE.This, like many others I've read below, has been one of the WORST experiences. FIRST, they charged my credit card in full before the couch had even shipped. IT STILL HAS NOT SHIPPED and the latest it was supposed to arrive was December 24th. I cannot get ANYONE to contact me back even though I have cancelled this order by email multiple times. We placed our order in September for a table, we didn't hear back for almost 2 weeks, emailed to check on the status and got a response a week later saying its not in stock but should be in soon. A couple weeks later still nothing. Sent another email and got another response saying real soon. Sent another email canceling my order since i found another table and we were already in late October. Yesterday, December 23rd - 3 months later - the table arrived. They don't have a return label so we have to pay for it ourselves and they'll charge us stocking fee of 25% - imagine!!! we canceled our order over 2 months ago!!!! "
