"These guys are total assholes, I placed an order back in May on their website. I followed up with a call and the guy said they would ship in a few days. I thought great, these braided wire covers will look nice. A few weeks go by, I send a few emails and they go unanswered. I call them up and he said they are out of stock but there should be no problem. I told him fine and asked if he could make the order silver, I thought it would look better on my car. He said fine. A few weeks go by and I call again, now the guy said they were going through a corporate move and they would ship my order out right away. Well yet again nothing happens so I call a few days later, now the guy tells me one of their employees were killed so they were unable to ship any orders. I said fine yet again, I wait and wait and then I call about 3 days ago and he said that my card was declined so they never shipped TOTAL LIE!

I call them up he said they have it straight and will ship that day.
I wait till yesterday and I email him demanding a tracking number. No reply.
I call a few minutes ago and the same guy answers and is being an ass saying that I never paid. I read the transaction number, date and all the info then he changes his story and said that my order was confusing and they were not sure what to ship. I tell the idiot that I called him multiple times and I emailed him multiple times and I also have the website receipt that clearly shows the order. Then the dumbass tells me the order had shipped out today but he could not give me proof that it shipped. I get fed up, tell the guy to fk off and I want a refund, I tell him I will inform everyone how horrible their service is and I will contact my credit card company to dispute the charges then I hang up.
A few seconds later the idiot calls back now saying that it did not ship but it was boxed up and ready to go. I know he is lying so I just play along, tell him to get it to me by monday. He goes through the typical bs and said he would get it right out to me.
Do not order from these pricks, they will screw you over, they are incompitent assholes that can not run a business."
