I ordered Nature's Way Rueteri Pearls. 3 weeks later I received incorrect items. This started a 2 week process which ended with me having to pay for return shipping to get a refund minus shipping of course. Now i'm out $10 with nothing to show for it. Vitaminfix has terrible customer service. The people on their phone line have zero ability to help. The only people who can are only available through e-mail and never respond!

vitaminfix has done absolutely nothing to help resolve this issue other than offer me $1.00 worth of rewards points, what a joke. admittedly their prices are good but if you don't get what you ordered and have to return the items at your expense those prices are no longer any good.
p.s. I can't be sure but my bet is the positive reviews on this site are written by vitaminfix themselves in response to my review. My suggestion is try another vitamin supplier who offers free return shipping, there are many of them such as imedmart.com and vitaminlife.com"
