RIPOFF! RIPOFF! DO NOT SEND ANY MONEY!

"Ignores all emails, never a live person at the provided phone number, answering machine picks up after 8 rings, outgoing message "Supplement Fulfillment Strategies" rather than "Vitamin Herb Store". I ordered ten bottles of a supplement, only received five. No credit back to my credit card for the missing bottles, no communication whatsoever despite multiple emails and phone calls. I started a dispute action with credit card company to retrieve the money for the product I never received. The product was removed from the company's website. Absolutely NO customer service. BEWARE!"

NOT what I ordered.

"After a month they sent me what they wanted to send me, NOT what I ordered. I The web site intentionally left out the fact that they were out of stock. They added something new to the return policy "we cannot accept returns due to covid" by that twisted logic they should not sell anything either. I called many times and left messages on there answering machine they did call one time but refused to leave message they also have my email but refused to send email. I will inform the company who's product they are selling of there business practice. They also billed my card the day the order was placed even though they did not have what the web site said they had. I will advise my credit card company. Also there are state and federal laws regarding billing for something not ordered. DON"T WASTE YOUR TIME !

Absolutely poor customer service

"I ordered my order. Simple- 2 types of tea. I got package just fine but wasn’t my order! Been trying to reach them for a week via phone and email. They have not tried to get back to me. I sent back my order without a shipping label from them. I’m hoping for refund but everything that they have presented to me says that it’s all basically a scam"

"They exaggerate their shipping times and maintain it's not their fault. When suggested to notify the customer it may take an extra week for the product to get there, the guy replied, "no one reads the shipping policy anyway".

I ordered a product with standard shipping. 5-7 days it said. So today, after 7 days passed, I called the customer service line to ask where my package was. Apparently they order the product (which takes a week) AND THEN ship it out (which takes another week)

Okay prices, but not worth waiting 2 weeks for my product. 1 star.

"Do Not order anything from these people. The have a jerk answering the phones telling me that the extra I paid for delivery from Ground to US priority Standard From $5.80 to $6.99 did not mean I would get it any faster. The guy was such a jerk. Delivery was promised for Friday November 21, 2014. As of today November 25, it has never left Goleta, CA. Jerk argues about everything. He insists that the Arrival logged in in Goleta California 19th will not reflect another scan on the tracker until it arrives in Florida. Sorry it never left California! I paid with Pay Pal and I will get my money back. A bonus feature is that since I did upgrade the shipping I can claim a $50 insurance claim through the post office. The bad part is that I needed the product for Thanksgiving dinner."

"DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! THIS IS A SCAM! It took them almost 3 weeks to send the products to me and somehow I never received any product. They told me they could not apply a refund without me sending the product back to them, BUT I NEVER RECEIVED THE PRODUCT! Ugh there goes my money down the drain!

This was my "customer service" response:

You need to speak with the local post master or your carrier if you want to locate your package. If you are unwilling to do this and you feel we should we have tired an they do not respond to telephone or online inquiries thus you must make face to face contact with someone at that office. We are more than happy to provide a refund per our policy but threats will not help speed up the situation.

"Order Date: Saturday afternoon
Arrival Date: The following Friday, 6 days later
Ordered 2 plastic jars of cooking oil and 2 glass bottles of essential oils. Arrived undamaged via USPS pouch and bubble wrap.

I was skeptical about ordering from Vitamin Herb store due to all the other bad reviews I've read. I decided to take a risk and try anyway. When I ordered I got an order confirmation email with my order number, items purchased, and credit card receipt.

I ordered on a Saturday in the AM, and That Monday received a progress email (status in-progress). By Wednesday I got a shipping confirmation with full tracking features on USPS (much better than USPS tracking used to be). Tracking confirms it was shipped on Wednesday from California then arrived to me on Friday in Alabama.

I'm very pleased with my purchase and didn't get any negative feelings about the process except from the negative reviews I found. I will note that prices are suspiciously lower than other online retailers for some items, however I did not get any type of discount on my shipping at tall, which I honestly didn't except at this price. Perhaps I was lucky and none of my items were backordered, all of my products were from NOW brands and my ordered arrived with a NOW brands catalog which was nice. The only complaint I had was the type of packaging used, thinks could have gone very wrong and the package was quite scuffed up when I got it however the products where undamaged, it was essentially a large USPS shipping envelope protected with some bubble wrap.

"Fraud. Don't buy from these liars. Don't throw your money away. They take your money and not send any products. When you try to contact them, they will lie to your face or ignore you completely. If that's how they treat their customers, extremely rude, you should assume that their products are terrible quailty as well. Terrible everything. I will be opening a claim at the police department for this case. "

"I have never had an experience online like this before and I buy EVERYTHING online. It started when I got an email saying only one item could be shipped and they had NO ETA on when the other item was available. So I called. I'm not paying shipping for one item when I will have to go order the item from another site and pay shipping again, they should have told me this BEFORE taking my money or shipping anything. I explained this to the nasty man that answered the phone and he told me that if I was going to be rude he could be rude right back and doesn't have to send me anything, called me a choice word, and then I decided to hang up when I realized this MUST be a scam there is no way someone would talk to a customer like this. HOLY CRAP I couldn't speak. To RUB salt in the wound, I received an email from them and obviously directly him. He put a note in there for me..He reviewed what I had ordered and said maybe once my "condition" clears up maybe I won't be so nasty. I was no where nasty, trust me I can be nasty. All I wanted was an explanation and a full refund. This is the biggest joke ever."

"Unlike the previous reviews, I did receive the product I ordered -- in two different shipments (USPS) which were quite tardy (3 - 4 wks). Apparently this merchant keeps no inventory on-hand, nor do they try much to expedite shipment from their suppliers. If they were back-ordered or had difficulty obtaining the product, there was no notification of that."

"It's easy to be enticed to do business with this "company" with their extremely low prices. The downside of that is that your items will be shipped (albeit quickly) in a completely unprotected USPS flat-rate letter. Additionally, should you have any backordered items, you'll be hard pressed to get any sort of reply on ETA and/or confirmation of a refund.

The best part of my transaction was the deluded reply from "Marge" to my refund request wherein I provided critical feedback on my experience. She's a piece of work.

Net = avoid the allure of cheap prices because it will equate to cheap service.

"VitaminHerbStore.com took my money and then would not ship me the product.
I called their customer service and they were very rude.
He said he canceled my order because he felt like it and was keeping my money.

He used a fake tracking number to report to paypal that he shipped.
But he never shipped it.
Now I have to fight to get my money back that he is trying to steal from me.

Avoid VitaminHerbStore.com at all costs. You have been warned. They are a total scam.
