Shockingly bad

"It's totally shocking to experience how bad VitalityWeb STILL is. One would have thought they would have improved based upon all the bad reviews and feedback over the years, but no.

I recently needed a part on my Herman Miller chair replaced under warranty. VitalityWeb, the authorized warranty center for Herman Miller in California, told me they would place the order with the company and I should have the part in about 3 weeks.

Nearly a month and a half later, I had received nothing so I contacted VitalityWeb back. Turns out, they never even submitted the order to Herman Miller!

They said they actually had the part in their stock however and could send it right out. HUH? Why they heck didn't they just do that in the first place? I had to live with a broken chair for a month and a half due to VitalityWeb's incompetence and total disregard for anything resembling customer service
