magnets received as ordered

"Ordered fridge magnets -2x3.5 on 6/3. they shipped out on 6/4. Received 6/8, 7 hours before estimated delivery time. For any product with a custom design, I think that is excellent turn around time. Package was well packed with a box inside a bag. No damage. upon opening, there were 25 magnets like I ordered, plus 1 dummy with a small version of the image. I guess if I ordered multiple images this would have been more useful. The image quality is very good.The overall magnet quality is very good. I have seen other complaints about them being very thin, and they are. when holding an card on the fridge, there is a slight bump that is visible, but these were received at a price less than half of the competitors that I have seen. Highly recommended."

Terrible

"Website is Clumsy. Card quality was awful. They follow up as though they did a good job. I explained they did not and do not contact me anymore. They are the worst. I do not know how they got good reviews at other search resources."

Worst Expierence I Could Imagine

"I have never had a worse customer service experience. I ordered 500 folded business cards and paid extra to have them design my card so I wouldn't have to worry about size requirements, blurry images, etc. Loved the first design, but my first batch of cards did not have the design that I paid them extra to create, and the ink would strip along the fold (customer rep said they made the fold before the ink dried and it wasn't because of the black background, spoiler alert she was wrong). So I got a round of free business cards, the second batch had the background but the ink was still stripping. So then I paid another fee to have the design department re-edit my original business card. They ignored all of my notes and made a new business card entirely instead of editing the previous one. Paid another fee to have a LiveDesign conference so I can just get it done - and then they never made the appointment. After waiting on the line and being put on hold for an hour, I gave up, made the design myself, and placed the order. The only thing they knew how to do was give me a free replacement batch since what they gave me originally was garbage, I guess they have to do it a lot so it makes sense that was the one area they succeeded. Never again."

"So I’ve ordered from Vistaprint several times. Usually quality is good to very good. What’s really amazing though is thief customer service if something isn’t quite right. Replaced at no cost with no questions asked. Absolutely outstanding customer service. "

Will not use Vistaprint again

"I ordered a "Now Hiring" sign to display at a conference. 8 days before the conference I received a sign for a wedding instead of the "Now Hiring" sign. I contacted them and the soonest they could get me a replacement was 3 days after the conference. I asked if they could expedite shipping at their expense and they said no. The mistake was not mine, it was their's and I ordered in plenty of time to receive before my event. I requested a refund."

***BEWARE***

"According to their customer service, THEY DO NOT VERIFY CHECKING ACCOUNTS BEFORE PRINTING YOUR CHECKS, and told me word for word that you can order checks for any account you want! They also refuse to admit to, or pay the fee for, THEIR misprinting error! I feel a huge company who's been around as long as Vistaprint should stand by their products, and their customers, rather than deflect responsibility, I have been back and forth with them on this and get NOTHING but fake empathy and flimsy excuses, but no resolution (oh and did I mention what they can do with their store credit for new checks?!) Therefore, I am now on a mission to cost them as much money in lost business as they have cost me in bank fees!
So lets put this to public opinion... their version suggests I put 6 extra zeroes preceding my account number, when NONE actually exist, and that I also left off the last digit when entering and triple checking my account number on their website (this of course caused the check I wrote to be returned by the bank "unable to locate account") They also claim NOTHING was verified with my bank prior to printing when I said it HAD to have been correct at that point! Now I don't claim to know how checks are made, but I do have some knowledge of data processing and financial documents, and MY version, also my bank's theory, is that THEIR system added the extra zeroes to fill in the extra digit spaces on the checks, thereby DROPPING the last digit of my account number when they printed them, costing a disabled fixed budget $175 in fees AND a perfect rental history... which version sounds more viable to you?? So you decide for yourself if you trust your financial documents to a company that operates, and treats people and their livelihoods this way, I no longer will... or you can go ahead and commit bank fraud, Vistaprint will help you!!

Very Few Products for Canadians

"They add products to their site but when you click on them you aren't actually allowed to order them because they aren't set up for Canadians. I can basically make mugs and notebooks and that's it, I added pillows to my product list once they were listed on the Canadian site, went back a week later to make some and they had been deleted. "

Promotion was for 50% off everything. Placed larger order and only received 39% off.

"Just placed a large order once again with Vistaprint as I have been a customer for 16 years. Each year the discounts are less and have more loop holes in them. Tonight's order I placed was for 50% off promotion and only received 39% off. Contact Vistaprint thru Live Chat and was told the 50% off promotion did not apply to all items. It never stated discount only applies to certain items.
That is total false advertising. This company ****. I will be taking my business to Got Print.

Awesome customer service

"This company was so easy to work with and very friendly. I forgot to apply a coupon with my order and they quickly gave me my discount and then I didn’t get enough envelopes with my order so they quickly sent me more for free! My save the dates and wedding invitations were beautiful! I would absolutely order from them again!! "

Pricing reasonable but delivery terrible

"Ordered business cards Nov 27th. Our new salesperson starting Dec 1, 2018. Vista sent note saying delivery of cards would be Dec 12 so reasonable time based on Canada Post capabilities for standard Parcel service. Business cards didn't arrive until January 14, 2019.
Our salesperson has had nothing to provide on cold calls for a month. Not a good start or look for us. Cards are fine but obviously very disappointed with the delivery service from VistaPrint.
