"Well, so far....ordered the product. Radiator for Ford Tempo.
Price is about $50 cheaper than local auto stores....AND FREE SHIPPING!!!
So far, they've notified me that the sale is confirmed, order is being processed and then shipped. I have my tracking number, and...if all goes well, will be back to give them a 5 star rating.
BUT.....I am still wondering about that coupon they offer...which I could not find...anywhere?!!?!
Clicked the button on the Company webpage to obtain the coupon....was redirected onto Facebook, signed in....and nothing. No coupon anywhere....just a few references from other people saying 'Where's the Coupon' (one guy even clicked all the posts going back about 2 years looking for it)!
So....don't bother looking for the coupon.....it's not there!!!
Other than that....good price, I like the free shipping and, when it arrives, I'll post back....hopefully with a 5 star rating!!

Oh yeah...one other thing. When ordering....it states to ONLY click the Submit Order button once. Unfortunately...being sometimes impatient....I clicked the button twice, in quick succession!!! Realized my mistake when an 'Error' popup notified me I'd clicked twice for two orders. So...I emailed them to let them know...and so far, have only been billed for one item!!! (Guess it didn't hurt there was only 1 radiator available for my particular ford)!

"Seriously.... Terrible service. I ordered and payed for my radiator, which was listed as in stock.
I received my email invoice and 15 days later, still no radiator. I called and spoke to customer service and they said they did not know where it was and the order apparently had not gone through. I even had an invoice number and a payment confirmation number, but they couldn't tell me where my radiator was. They said they would ship it out and I may get it middle of next week. I asked if they could provide some kind of discount or credit and they said, Guess what.... Sorry, I can't do that and my supervisor is out to lunch.

"I bought a brand new fuel pump for lincoln contnental, new pump was not giving out enough pressure to start the car. salesperson said they can only replace but i already lost $300 to remove and install now i need to pay $300 to remove and install and $160 for new pump from a diffrent supplier.i dont trust vista pumps that comes from china.
