"Admittedly, their customer service needs improvement. I think they are a smaller operation than it appears from their internet presence. Nonetheless, I ordered 8 conference room chairs from them, and in the end, the chairs are great and the price was fantastic. Our problem was they were slow to communicate with the credit card company about the alternate shipping address, and that held up the order. But, eventually it got worked out and we are very pleased. Then, I notified them that one of the arms on one chair was defective, and without question they have shipped a replacement part. THAT is GREAT customer service. So, a little rough getting started, but very satisfied in the end."

"Ordered 5 piece kitchen table and chairs set sometime in December 2010. Was charged right away. Haven't heard anything from them for 3 weeks and decided to email them. They did respond 2 days after that, giving some excuse, and sent out the furniture shortly after that.

I put the furniture together today. It looks good and feels more or less solid, but the workmanship quality is somewhat poor and it either wasn't stored or wasn't shipped properly. There are a number of places where the wood is chipped off and painted over after that. Meaning that they saw that the wood was chipped off and still decided to use it in the furniture. In a few other places the wood was chipped off after it was painted. One of the chairs isn't balanced well.

Though, after reading the rest of the reviews here and on other sites, I guess I got lucky I got my order at all...

"I purchased a vanity set on 12/07/10 Visiondecor charged my credit card on 12/09/10 I waited for 10 days no correspondence, no tracking, no delivery.

Ten days later I decided to contact them via email on 12/17/10 Could you please send me tracking information for the following order Visiondecor-******, I need this before Christmas. My Order date: 12/07/2010

Here is their response on: Cristian Chinchilla, Dec-18 09:22 (PST):

Hi Customer-me,
I do apologize, but we were actually just notified yesterday that when we received our shipment the manufacturer told us that this order was over sold so we were not able to get any in. It looks like this item will not be available for us till the end of January which is a bit of a wait. I am very sorry about this. Did you need to cancel this order? Or would you still like to wait? Please let me know. Thank you.

This has ruined my Christmas surprise for someone. I will never ever order from this company again. It makes me sick an online website can have such sorry customer service. Why are they charging my Credit Card without shipping it? No notification.... nothing. Now I have to call to see if they will even cancel my order and receive my REFUND Credit. I am a very unhappy camper right now.

"DO NOT buy anything from VISIONDECOR.COM!! I ordered a nightstand from them on 3/16/08 and not only did they lead me to believe that it would arrive between 3/20-3/25/08, it NEVER did AND it has been discontinued and they have never even bothered to tell me this as I found out on my own!! They NEVER returned ANY emails and although thankfully my card was never charged, I have waited and waited for merchandise that never had any intention of coming anyhow.
Bad business!

"When this company could not deliver a table I purchased from them on Ebay, they told me they would only refund me 90% unless I left them positive feedback, and then they would give me the full refund. It is awful to meet such dishonest people. Avoid this company!"
