"Ordered sunglasses for a birthday gift because they had the best price and their site boasted about authenticity and how great their customer service was. Can't verify the authenticity but I can tell you their customer service is horrible. I never heard another word from them after I placed my order except verification of my PayPal payment. I left several voicemails and emails asking if the glasses were on back order since it was a gift and I needed a back up plan if they weren't available. They never responded to any of my messages. I was beginning to wonder if they were a legitimate company. I contacted PayPal to cancel my payment and they left a voicemail for them as well. Finally got an email stating order has been cancelled. Will never order from them again, they leave you hanging."

"I was skeptical of this site due to the fact that they were offering Hugo Boss sunglasses at a price $40 cheaper than I could find anywhere else. However, glasses arrived within a week, complete with Hugo Boss case and protective cover. No issues therefore I recommend the site."

"Be prepared for a poor and rude customer service. They did not answer my messages that I sent them using their website –two messages. They not responded my voice message I left them at their voice mail. I called them during business hours and they were closed when it is supposed they should be open – I got a recorded message saying they were closed- And when I finally reached them after several attempts the person that took my call was rude! When we finished the call he did not even say ‘thanks’ he just dropped the call.
As a general recommendation, it is much better to try any frame at the stores before to buy online, especially eyeglasses, this site just honor the frame return, you need to pay for new glasses if you exchange frame. I found other site, framesdirect.com, that gives you 50% discount toward the new glasses if you fail to pick the correct frame

Their frame selection engine at their website is poor; you cannot filter by frame dimensions making it hard to select the correct frame.

Two good things about them, price on frames are better, the frames are genuine.

Shipping speed is average, nothing special.

Personally it was the first and last time I purchase at this website.

"I ordered Coach Martha sunglasses off of this website, and it wasnt really at any deep discount. All the websites i checked are pretty much the same. The good thing about this website is that it does take the FSA card....if you know what that is lol. But, good services and fast delivery. I ordered on Thursday afternoon, and had them in my hands as of Wednesday afternoon. So, about a week to ship which isnt really bad. I will definately order again. The only problem with their website is that i ordered a few items before these sunglasses, and they were discontinued and i had to call the store to see why my order was taking so long. So, in the long run, they need to update their website to take off all discontinued frames/sunglasses as not to confuse the customer. Because i was really looking for the Coach ARlene sunglasses, but to my dismay they were discontinued. "

"A+++ Company. I ordered a pair of men's Prada sunglasses, and this web-site was by far the cheapest after my week of scouring the internet lol. The exact discount was 59% from the Solstice store where I found them. Customer service was great, and the product was definitely authentic with all of the accesories and shipped on time. "Customer service over the phone has not treated me well. I called to check the status of my order (and I was super nice about it). And the lady said that the item i wanted is out of stock. the estimated date would be February 18. More than 3 weeks from my order! i asked the lady if there is any possible way that it would come sooner and she basically gave me attitude and told me "it is an ESTIMATED date." And basically just gave me attitude the whole time i was talking to her and i didn't even do anything. it isn't my fault that my item was back ordered, seemed like she was taking her anger out on all the innocent customers.

I didn't care to give attitude back b/c that wouldn't do anything for me, so instead i decided to let other customers know instead. So if you need an item fast, do not count on it and they won't even answer your questions about it.

I was ordering early to hopefully get it by my anniversary date, but i guess that isn't going to happen...

"I absolutely love the Ray-Ban Clubmaster II (2156) Polarized I ordered from Visioninstyle.com. After deciding upon these sunglasses - I searched extensively online and went to a couple brick & mortar stores to compare prices. Official Ran-Ban website, Nordstrom's, Zappos, Sunglass Hut, Lenscrafters - all wanted $195. "FOR ALL YOU FASHIONISTAS & METRO SEXUAL MEN....Here is a TRUE STORY OF A RETAIL/ONLINE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE

Three weeks ago my fiancé' and I were shopping in the International Mall in Tampa, Florida and I stumbled upon a truly Fabulous pair of GUCCI sunglasses at a price point of $325.00. My fiancé wanted to purchase them for me for our cruise in 2 weeks. Torn between two pairs, I elected to go home, ponder, and make my final decision in the morning. I did not want to be selfish, and I preferred to invest in our 3 children, of which could split the difference of the price of one pair.

Later on that evening, I reference the model number, style, and color in my Goggle browser to shop and price compare a variety of online stores of which featured haute couture designers. I came across an outline store, simply entitled Visioninstyle.com. As a retail shopper, I was astonished to see the 2 pairs of sunglasses of which I saw at SUNGLASS HUT and SOLTICE at an unbelievable price point of almost 30% to 50% off of retail. Needless to say, I felt no remorse or guilt in purchasing BOTH pairs for $27 more than the price of one.

UUUUUUUNNNNBBBBEEEEELLLLLIIIIIIEEEEEEVVVVVVAAAAAAABBBBBBLLLLLLEEEEEE!!!!!!!= UNBELIEVABLE!!!

Furthermore, the customer satisfaction (notice I stress SATISFACTION) of what I received, was bar none!! Since I'm working with a narrow time frame due to my upcoming trip being next week, I placed a call to the online store. I was then directed to a customer service representative by the name of Tommy, who was truly a delight. He informed me that due to some technical difficulties, he would have to call me back; and he did so within 20 minutes. We discussed my concerns, and he went above the call of duty, researched my questions (while on the phone) and gave me my answer! UNDOUBTLY, CUSTOMER SATISFACTION to the highest degree.

I intend on writing a follow up correspondence upon receipt of my online purchase, to inform you of the quality of my received goods. In addition, I have told over 700 people inclusive of family, friends, and foe's via (email and facebook)of this experience. VisionInStyle.com is the BEST KEPT ON LINE SECRET!! Ladies and Gentlemen….There is no need to look any further!

"Not a good experience. Item was back-ordered then shipped defective. Tried to exchange but back-ordered for another month. Did not refund shipping. Mom and pop shop w/o much customer service. Out $12.45 for return shipping. Would not recommend."
