"I ordered sensor cleaning fluids and swabs directly from Visible Dust because I thought I would get a more accurate and reasonable price. That was not the case. Order confirmation email calculated in Canadian rather than US Dollars, plus a $20 shipping charge for items less than a pound. Since I had no idea what I was being charged, I called the phone number listed in the order confimation email. It was NOT a working number! I eventually found a working number to customer service. At least I think that was what it was, the agent was hard to understand.
She could not tell me the US dolar amount. She also told me the shipping rate is the rate they have right now. I asked her to cancel my order and send me email confirmation of the cancellation. (Did not get confirmation) To sum it up, I did not get my questions answered, I've lost faith in the company because of the responses by customer service agent and the non-working number listing. Price of their materials is very high."
