"I thought being associated with Amazon this company would have been a reputable company to deal with. Unfortunately I didn't read the horrible reviews of this "company" before I wasted my money on a promise made and not kept.
10/5/2014: Ordered a pair of earrings as a gift for my daughter. Paid for express delivery so I could give it to her on the 7th.
10/7/2014: No product
10/8/2014: No product. FedEx was told by Vishal Jewelry to get a signature from "someone at the address". I work. They wouldn't deliver it to the apartment rental office for them to sign or a neighbor.
10/9/2014: Contacted the "company"...apparently a one-man show. Was given a return code for FedEx, but it didn't work...the company DOESN'T PAY FOR RETURNS. I paid for one-day express delivery. I don't get it on that day. And I have to pay to return the product? Oh...at least I got an email from the one-man show, telling me it isn't his fault I wasn't home to receive the package more than 24 hours after it was supposed to have been delivered in the first place.
I learned my lesson. ALWAYS check reviews of any Amazon re-seller...or any online retail operation.
Vishal Jewelry...never again.

"I bought a pair of matching Faceted Gloss Black Tungsten wedding bands for my wife and myself. At the time, the rings were not yet up on the Vishal web site. They may be now. The person I spoke with was knowledgeable and EXTREMELY helpful.
The rings are nothing short of AWESOME. Tungsten is one of the hardest substances known to man after diamonds. I do NOT know the composition of the likely anodized coating, but it is STUNNING. Tungsten is also HEAVY.
Buy direct, save on postage. Do NOT buy through buy.com, where they also sell! You can pay through Amazon.com with NO charge to you!

"I ordered a wedding ring and recieved then wrong size, like the other reviewer I purchased a second ring but ordered it directly from Vishal on the phone. The second ring arrived in time for the wedding and was a perfect fit. When I returned the first ring, they sent me a new one back, now I have 2 rings and when I called Vishal he said he would send me a mailing label since I had already paid once for the return. He did not and will not answer e-mail and never answers the phone. Vishal has since sent a return label and given a refund through Buy.com. They stated they were very busy during the holidays and apologized."

I purchased my husband's wedding band from Vishal through Buy.com -- when it arrived it was half a size too big, but the wedding was coming up quickly, so I decided to order the half-size down directly through Vishal's website, so that I could expedite shipping (not an option on Buy.com's website). I paid through PayPal and immediately received a payment acceptance confirmation.
My item did not arrive in the promised three business days, and so I emailed customer service (replying to the order confirmation I had received directly through Vishal). The order still didn't come on the following business day, so I emailed Vishal again, and called as well.
The following afternoon -- 2.5 days after my first email, and still no item -- I finally received a call back from Vishal himself, telling me that they had experienced a problem with their "Paypal integration," and had thought that payment was never received on the order.
An error in a company's technical systems is understandable and to some extent, beyond their control -- but what *is* in any business' control is their customer service. Vishal originally offered to refund me my shipping fee, but when I explained that I thought I should also receive a discount on the item (considering the amount of effort I had to put into finally getting someone to address my issue, and the importance of event for which the ring was ordered -- does any bride really want to have to call a jewelry company every day the week before her wedding?), Vishal got nasty with me and canceled the entire order, leaving me with no wedding band!
Vishal's unprofessional conversation with me -- during which he used the words "crap" and "god-damn," and during which he made the further excuse that the company's email system had also failed (really? I can understand one system going down, but two...?) was inexcusable.
I have reported this to Better Business Bureau and will leave a negative review on every site that allows me to do so. It's one thing to not receive the product you ordered; it's another thing entirely to be spoken down to and cursed at by a vendor to whom you have promptly paid your hard-earned funds.

"Please DON’T EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM VISHAL JEWELRY. I bought a necklace from them through BUY.COM early this year for my wife. My wife didn’t like it. When I tried to return by emailing them to get a Return Authorization Number, they never replied my emails. After numerous attempts, I finally gave up and have to keep the lousy necklace. So, DON’T EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM VIJAY JEWELRY.
Along the same line, DON’T EVER ORDER ANYTGHING FROM BUY.COM. When I couldn’t get anything from Vishal jewelry, I asked the help from Buy.com, after all, I ordered my necklace through their Marketplace. The first response from them was encouraging as shown below:

But don’t let them fool you. That is all I have ever received from BUY.com. They never returned my numerous emails on the returning of my necklace. I have been a faithful customer of BUY.com for the past 7 years and have ordered many merchandizes from them. I was really disappointed with BUY.com. If I run a business like BUY.com, I will make sure that the vendors in my Marketplace are top-notched and respectable. I will never let a vendor such as Vijay Jewelry ruin my reputation. Anyway, I have cut my BUY.com Visa card, blocked any emails from BUY.com in my 3 email accounts, and will NEVER do any business with them.
