"I have yet been able to speak to someone about my concerns. No one is on chat lines and no one will reply to my emails. I simply want an explanation of my charges and some imformaton about the plan. I LOVE the shakes, but the lady who called me the day after my first order just wanted my ss# and birthdate so she could send me a promoter pkg.Probably so she could have another step on her ladder. I hadn't even tried the product at that time. Now I was over charged i think and no one to explain."
