"When it comes to replacing the tire sealant you used when you got a flat in your spare less Toyota you shop for a good price. My local dealer, who I have done business with for over a decade, doesn't give me a break at all on parts. So I come to Village Toyota where they sell me the sealant at a discount. For that I am thankful. This is my second sealant replacement in four years. Thank goodness the sealant has worked for me, and thanks Village Toyota for taking a bit of the sting out of the price."

"1. kind of frustrating the website kept giving error about not recognizing my billing address
2. your shipping prices are exorbitant, would not use without your temporary free shipping
3. there is too much fluctuation between the price of a part from one dealership to the next, thus why i'm buying from your dealership vs the 3 toyota dealerships within 10 miles of me
4. you don't charge tax so i'm ordering from you despite your bad website
5. its easy enough to find a part if you're 90iq or better however if the part requires a color trim you have almost no way to tell if its correct, which is why i had to go and confirm everything at my local dealership wasting my time and theirs, only to be forced to order from a dealership 400 miles away because they can ship it to my doorstep for $161.35 cheaper. It makes no sense.
6. Toyota of Roswell parts manager refused to supply me any parts numbers or even confirm if the ones i looked up were right after taking the time to drive there, refused to honor the online prices for their own store.
7. Toyota of Marietta parts manager nicely gave me a quote sheet with everything on it. However, he didn't tell me i could save another $40 at an out of state dealership buying the same parts, nor did he mention they had a sale on free shipping, or that i could save another $20 on sales tax.
All in all a poor experience that helped me understand why people just order parts from resuppliers instead of from the dealership even with the "ease" of online shopping."
