Bought a network card for $25 and they reimbursed me. After that pc has been working great. "The website was great, easy to configure a machine you wanted and the customer service was great. They contacted me the next day to confirm my purchase. Only issue was UPS shipping which damaged my machine during the delivery and it took 2 weeks to get it back fixed. "I am a new addition to the pc gaming comunity, therfore, I don't know much about gaming computers. After shopping around for several months, I came across Vigor Gaming and decided that I would check it out. "I am a methodical researcher when I make a big item purchase and I looked into many boutique game builders before I decided on choosing Vigor. With today's economy I had to make a decision to still maintain the build quality that I wanted but at a reasonable price. Vigor was very competitive in this area and came in at the price range I wanted.
I am not a technician but do know a little about gaming pc's but very much appreciated the advice and suggestions that were made. The sales adviser was able to give a good explanation as to why it would be better to go with this build as opposed to what I may have originally started.
The build time was completed as promised without delays or issues. After the delivery and I had unpacked the computer I found no shipping damages or problems.
The computer is running without flaws or hiccups. I am still moving files, programs and data from my old machine and I have yet to have any concerns as of this date.
As far as gaming the Vigor computer is great. I have played Fallout 3, World of Warcraft, and The Witcher and the graphics and framerates are amazing.
I will end with saying, if you are researching for a gaming computer put Vigor at the top of your list. I ordered a Force Recon T7N with a Core i7 920, MSI x58 Platinum SLI, 3GB Kingston HyperX (1600 Mhz), Cooler Master 850W PSU, 1TB 7200 hard drive, MSI GTX 260. I originally contemplated about building my own system but with grad school and work, my motivation of becoming a self-taught integrator was not up to par. So after much research, I decided to go with Vigor Gaming. I researched 15 computer integrators and configured about 50 systems before deciding to go with Vigor. Their price, reputation and prompt email responses put them ahead of everyone else. The computer functioned beautifully without any hitches right out of the box. I’ve been able to overclock my rig to 4.2 GHz from 2.67 GHz (turbo on, HT off, stable on Prime95 and OCCT). There are only two minor infractions regarding my build: incorrect description of RAM on the configuration menu (which was promptly corrected after I notified Vigor) and the wiring could have been better to improve airflow from the three intake fans on the Antec 1200. Despite these minor shortcomings, I’m quite smitten about my Vigor desktop and would seriously consider making my next computer purchase from them.
