"I purchased a skin for my iPad after looking at many of the images on their web site and reading all the information about the product and how it fits and protects the device from scratches. I was surprised to receive a skin that left a good 1/2 inch all around the back of the iPad uncovered and unprotected. The photo and description clearly shows the entire of the back of the iPad covered. I've purchased a lot of skins for all sorts of devices, but never had one fit so poorly.
When I contacted the company they did agree to replace the skin, but only if the one I returned was unused. How do you put it on to find it doesn't fit and still return it unused? They told me they don't have any satisfaction guarantee. I felt that I was scammed. I was out my money and still had no skin to protect my iPad. If you're lucky enough to get a product that is as advertised, you win; but if not, your out 50 to 100 percent of your money plus return shipping. It's just not worth the gamble.
