Outdated product descriptions but good follow up

"Bought 9 enclosures for iPad Pro tablets and the enclosures do not properly fit with Apple's cable. Support claimed I should use a cable from two generations prior that has a smaller form factor. We need the thunderbolt compatibility Apple designed the Gen 5 and 6 tablet to accommodate. The website indicates full compatibility with Gen 5 and 6. After escalation, the company sent us more gear to meet our requirements. The cases are good, the experience was frustrating, but they ultimately came through, so it's worth a note.

They Don't Care

"I ordered iPad wall mounts which did not show a texture to the plastic in the photos - according to the product page it looks like the resin is smooth. When the product arrived it was actually very unpleasant looking, and we decided it would probably not be as bad in the white color. I contacted them to initiate an exchange, and they said that not only would we need to pay to send them back and get our own shipping label (as opposed to at the very least providing a label and deducting from the refund like most vendors do), but we would need to send the black ones back and place a new order - which means we'll be out the cost of two sets at the same time unless we wait for a refund from them before ordering, which we didn't have time for. Not only is this policy highly inconvenient to the customer in multiple ways, but our reason for the return was due to no fault on our part - their product photos failed to show the material of the item! With all this said, when contacted they actually refused to offer even a small discount on the new order to compensate us for the inconvenience. As someone who worked in retail and in CS in the past, it's appalling to see how little customer satisfaction means to Vidabox. They just don't even care. "

"I purchased a VidaBox Premium Wireless Keyboard. Shipping was incredibly fast and received the product in no time. However I was somewhat disappointed in its performance (seemed to be having some problems with the range, despite only being half the advertised maximum distance away). I wrote a quick email to their customer service, received a nearly instantaneous reply and completely resolved my issue. It now works like a charm and I have added VidaBox to my list of sellers that I'll be sure to check with first in the future for other HTPC related products. "

"On June 03rd, I had placed an order for an OrigenAE HTPC S16T case. The case was promptly delivered at an address in New York as I had requested. I dealt with a Mr Steven W Cheung. During the installation of the components, it became apparent that one of the PCBs was defective. I contacted Mr Cheung who had the component replaced in good timing and without cost. Throughout my dealings with Mr Cheung, be it email or voice, he was extremely supportive and always very prompt to respond to my concerns particularly when I was having problems with the defective circuit board.
In summary, my dealings with VidaBox through Mr Steven Cheung, who certainly is a major asset to your company, has been an excellent one and I certainly look forward to making futher purchases at VidaBox in the near future

"This has been an excellent purchase. I ordered a VidaBox keyboard which works flawlessly with my HTPC setup. This was an international order that was made via email communication through PayPal. The item arrived very well packed and its packaging came completley undamaged.
Mr. Steven W Cheung responded istantly to my email queries and the transaction went pretty smooth.
I was also given a 10% discount because i provided a coupon code!
All in all, a quality product at a very affordable price, with an excellent reseller. What more could you want?

"NB: Order # 133 (Invoice # is from paper invoice in shipment)

The order was shipped promptly and arrived in 2 days via USPS First Class (NY to VA; YMMV). I received 2 emails which were informative and helped me track the shipment. The product ordered worked as described, and the information provided on the product page assisted me in adapting it to my computer's motherboard. Very user-friendly.

"Very helpful seller! Responded to a query I posted via the website within an hour! I was also very impressed at the speed with which I received my order. Being in the UK, I expected a minimum of 7 days before I had my product - I received the order 3 days after I'd received confirmation it had been shipped! All in all, 10/10. "This was an excellent experience. I ordered the wireless keyboard they sell. I dont know anything about thier HTPC's because I built my own. But I researched on the web and found that without a doubt they have the best keyboard design out there for a media PC. And it is. They track ball is very precise. Dont use it for games but for overall PC use its perfect for using in your lap. I got prompt emails about shipping and even had some customer support emails on best place to put the transmitter for my situation that were answered very quickly. Will definitly do business with again."

"Like another reviewer, I found VidaBox in a search for a company that sold component video brackets for HTPC's, and as far as I can tell, they're one of the few retailers that offer these things. I experienced excellent customer service, even after I purchased the bracket :), and decent prices. They also happen to ship to Canada."
