"Although the products in the online store are fantastic, the service is horrible. The last time I received an item I bought off their store, it took 3 months to arrive. Also, when I recently tried to purchase another item, my card was declined twice, despite the fact that I had plenty of money in my bank account. And they still haven't replied to my email regarding that. If you're going to shop on the Victory Records site, you have to have extreme patience. And don't expect your item to arrive within a month of purchasing (if you live international; I live in Australia). I don't intend on buying from the Victory Records site anymore."
