Pleasing shopping experience

"I have been shopping with this company for a number of years , they have always gotten back to me when I’ve had a concern , once I missed a product in the order and they assured me they packed it , they stayed on the phone as I went out to the garage and checked through the packaging and sure enough I missed it but the point is the person on the phone was kind and I was grateful for that . I’m a very happy customer"

Customer Service and Shipping non excistent

"I ordered from this company merchandise in the amount of $72.94. This company website mailed this package to a very old address even though they have my correct address on file and I entered the correct address ordering. I paid thru paypal credit card and they have the correct address. Numerous ph calls today ( 6 of them, hang ups and transfers to mail boxes that are full and one cannot leave a message) I was told a manager would call me back. No one has contacted me. I am out my money and the merchandise. The customer service apparently is horrific after this experience today. I want my money back immediately and they can wait on their package to be returned, as they have mailed it a false address.. Unbelievable, see the other neg feedback of this co."

Still no refund

"I returned an electric teapot kettle unopened because it had arrived late. I shipped it back to them with their return mailing form on the box. After waiting several weeks for my refund to come through I called them. They could not or would not tell me if they had received the package...They said it might take several weeks to process which i thought was strange. After another 10 days with still no refund i called again...got the same story. I think I will notify the BBB. They are not being honest. Do not ever order from them, it's kind of junky stuff anyway. Learned a good lesson."

Awful Company

"Terrible company. I had ordered a $150 coat and it was beautiful. However, after wearing it for a few minutes, the lining of the sleeves and bottom drooped out. I returned the coat. The original price was actually $299.95. Made in China. Still for that money I expect decent quality.

After receiving it back, they claimed that it takes 2 - 3 weeks to process a refund!!! Really? The refund I received was $22.85 short. The coat was not damaged, carefully wrapped, in a sturdy box, when I mailed. It was their faulty product, not my fault and they charge me for returning? Communication is slow and spotty. Now that I have demanded the remainder to be refunded as well, they are ignoring my e-mails.

"A-F-T-E-R placing an order over the phone and getting my credit card information, I was informed that the product I had ordered was on "back order" and may not arrive on time for Christmas. I said that I was then no longer interested in that case, to please cancel the order. Instead of cancelling the the order, they went ahead charged me for the item and send it (later on). As soon as I saw the charge (before receiving the item), I send them an e-mail (Dec 24, 2014) asking to remove the unauthorized $71.98 from my credit card. No action or response. I called after the holidays and was told "all you need to do is not accept the item when it gets delivered and it would be send back. You will get your money back as soon as we receive it"... but that was never an option! The thing was left at the front step and I had to personally bring it back to the post office on January 2nd where they wrote "return to sender" with no longer a tracing number available. I have since sent another e-mail, but to this day I have received no response or my money back. I will be contacting the fraud department of my credit card company ASAP!...NEVER, EVER trust your credit card number to this company!!!"

"I had a DREADFUL experience recently with this company and am warning consumers to BEWARE. I ordered a large, expensive item that needed to be returned because it was not as represented online & needed to be returned by USP freight. My repeated requests - 1 or 2 telephone calls per week - for help always resulted in promises that I would be contacted by a supervisor. A supervisor did not telephone me until 28 DAYS after my 1st request for help. I am convinced I was being repeatedly ignored because this company was attempting to avoid the cost of return freight charges. The item was finally picked up for return 31 DAYS after my initial telephone call. This is absolutely inexcusaable and a shameful way to treat a customer. I will NEVER do business with them again."
