Returned items - never got money back

"In April 2019 I purchased a few items from VS and returned them in store 5/2/2019 and I have not received the credit back on my credit card yet. I have called multiple times and have probably spent at least 3-4 hours talking with them over the past few weeks and every time I call I explain everything to one person and they transfer me to someone else and I explain again.. at least 4 times. Plus I get a different story about how long it should take every time I call. They were unable to locate my items even though I have a confirmation email and receipt (that I got from the store when I returned them) that says I will get the credit back in 3-5 business days. Finally the last time I called they said they processed it and have my items but I still do not have the credit on my account. I have contacted the bank with my card and they are turning in a dispute to VS. It has been 19 business days at this point and VS cannot confirm that they even have my items (some of the people I have talked to at VS say they have them, others say they dont....). This has been beyond ridiculous and will definitely effect any purchases I make there in the future. I have been a very loyal customer until now. Oh and by the way, in the mean time I've had to make a payment and am now getting charged interest even though I will own them nothing after my return. Ridiculous. "

Victoria secret

"Bad customer service. I returned an Item to the store, and I didn't have some of the money back. And they said we don't have money for you. And also it take forever to ship me back the items. Don't recommended to any. "

"I used to think that VS had the best **** around, but in the last year or so, every pair I've bought (of several different varieties) has been cheap and doesn't fit right. They ride up in the crotch. They are built for very skinny girls with no buns, who probably prefer thongs anyway, which is what they all become eventually if you are at all active."

I was in your Pittsburgh store ( south hills) on January 13th ( around that night) of this new year and I was treated extremely rude. You had 2 employees working the check out lines with about 25 people in line waiting... my boyfriend and I got in line and patiently waited our turns. Your employees were turtle slooooooow and did not know what they were doing. When my boyfriend and I were next your employee working second register stopped doing register acted like she was too busy to help me and ignored me when I asked her to help us check out. We had 2 items! It should have taken 2 minutes to check out. No.. your employee ignores when I ask who the manager is and says you could get back in line and I said so the lady before me gets checked out and all the sudden your employee turns her back away from me and faces the wall acting too busy to help a customer! We put our items down and left.. very disappointed and felt disrespected! I think this woman should be fired, people don’t want rude employees and terrible customer service. Btw, I do not know the woman who ignored me but she is a young black woman ( with a serious attitude ) and there was an older black woman who ignored us as well. Will never go back to a single store of yours or online and will tell everyone I know to not go shop at your company as well!!!

Fantastic Employee TAMARA

"I went to Victoria’s Secret at north Point mall in Georgia and on both occasions that I went TAMARA was very helpful and dedicated. She went the extra mile to help me get what I wanted and made me come back with her positive attitude and outstanding guest service. TAMARA is one of the employee’s that deserve to be promoted to the next level at Victoria’s Secret."

Horrible customer service!!! I was directed to 4 direfferent departments and was never helped!

"As I am clearing my bag today, I found a Victoria Secret gift card in the amount of $25. The pin cover is still intact, means I have not used it yet. I got excited and started opening my computer to start shopping. I shop regularly with minimum $100 each time. I am not just any complaining customer. But today, I want to use the gift card as part of my payment. As I am ending my shopping and ready to pay, the gift card was rejected. So I call the 800 toll number from the back of the card. The machine is not helpful at all. I started calling the live customer service hoping they can help me. I was transferred 4x and talking to different departments just for a gift card. What a disaster!!!

The last customer service representative I spoke with told me to file a police report. Can you believe it???!!! Horrible horrible horrible customer service! I hang up the call because of my frustration. I am sure she would have transferred me again to another person if I didn't hang-up the call. i cancelled my shopping today and was so upset with the situation. I will close my account as well!

There are other places to shop for lingeries!

Bad management and few sales girls not everyone few

"Ok so I visited the store at depford mall in New Jersey Gloucester county in the bringing it was a good time but when manger changed that changed the the only girl how was good was kirstin she was great girl great worker has been taken for greated her boss elly treated me bad Nicole manger was bad they did not like that I liked kirstin I want to say it again Kristin was great girl she deserves better then a boss like elly coral the manger was bad too she was rude Rachel was bad I been very conceded about kirsti n be case I say how is she being treated Kristin the only one I liked I think it sad she got wrapped up in this she deserve better they brain washed kirsti n to not like me too I think the store should be looked in too and I did not like the others sale girls just Kristin "

LIED about CHARGES!!!

"i was on the phone for about 2 hours to order a top with a free promotional duffle bag.. then when i went on chat she kept saying she was ready to help me right then.. i said, it shows a charge of 29 for the bag.. she said just go ahead and it's free and I'll wave the shipping too.. so.. I went ahead cause she assured me charges would come off once i did.. IT DID NOT.. and when i went back to the chat.. she had disconnected from me!!! so i finally get another girl and it starts all over and then she assures me she fixed it and my new total which includes the free duffle bag and free shipping is now 55.00.. I just checked an PAYPAL was billed 95.00!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i guess i have to file a complaint and my granddaughter will not receive her bday present .. thanks alot! just tell the truth!!!!"

I love this store but the shipping **** sometimes.

"Several different occasions I've placed orders and they take DAYS to ship. Not much communication with the Angel cardholders if they're sending you a new card. I had to find out the hard way when I placed 2 separate orders and they got kicked back to me for payment issues. It wasn't until a new card arrived and I had already missed the promo I was trying to use that I knew I was getting a new card because of my recent VIP status upgrade. Some communication would have been really nice there. However, when I did speak with customer service when activating my new card they were very nice and as helpful as they could be. It's not their fault that there was no communication after all. Aside from these complaints I do love VS and will continue to shop there. "

Worst Customer Service!!

" I'm an Angel Forever member and had just placed an order. They had a free shipping over $50 and 30% off one item deal, so I decided to place an order. Once the codes are selected they automatically apply to the order. The 30% brought my item total below 50, but I didn't realize this because they added an $8 shipping fee making my order over $50. I was in a hurry and placed the order. I then see my email confirmation showed the charge for shipping. Chat is 24/7 and this was 11:30pm sunday night. I asked for my order to be canceled. The rep says the order has already been processed and charged before the order even shipped. This was an hour after I had placed the order. She said she could waive my shipping fee as a one time courtesey. I thanked her but we got disconnected I chatted on again to make sure it went through was disconnected again. Finallh reached a rep who told me the refund was only for half. I asked as a one time courtesey why they couldn't waive the full price of the shipping they said oh because I didn't make the threshold. I replied I understand it was a mistake though and on your end you have already charged me and because of that the order can't be changed, so only a half refund as a courtesey. We went back and forth and I wanted to speak to a manager so she gave my a number to call. The lady who picked up refused to help. For someone who they consider a VIP customer and who spends so much money at their company they couldn't waive the fee."

What the h*** happened to you VS?

"I remember a time when Victoria's Secret items were beautiful and quality items. I miss those days. Now everything is as cheep and tacky in appearance as it is in quality. I used to ONLY buy VS ****. **** yet comfy. Pricy yet worth it cause they lasted. Bras uses to be comfy, pretty and practical if that's what you wanted. Or **** and fun if that's what you wanted. Now, the store caters to kids! I was in there yesterday and I (at 32) was the oldest person in the store! I sure as hell don't want or need high wasted "granny ****"! When did **** lines again become a thing? I have looked relentlessly to find anything in the store or on line that was anywhere near worth the cost. To No avail. Don't even get me started on the customer service! That went out the window with the rest of the quality that VS used to be known for. I lost my "Angel Forever" status because I'll be damned if I spend the kind of money they want for the kind of product they deliver. I guess the VS definition of "forever" and the actual definition of forever are completely different. Spending over $200.00 with VS in less than 6 months doesn't mean much to a corporation to a company who has gotten to greedy they are arrogant enough to sacrifice customer service and quality to cater to children. Which is ironic since their new cards look like a VIP cards from a Las Vegas ****. Talk about a mixed signal! If you ever go back to the "good 'ol days" I may be back. I won't hold my breath though."
