"Although the product was good and matched the description, the overall cost was $105.90 for a $42 item. There was a hidden $39.38 COD brokerage fee on top of the advertised $24.52 shipping fee. With shipping this expensive, I would expect the brokerage feed included. It would have been if this was shipped by another carrier or the paperwork was done correctly. Next time I suggest you ship with a different carrier other than UPS, they are terrible with their brokerage fees. Because of this, I will not be ordering from Vibrant Technologies again."

"the hard drive is defective. Tried it in two different pc's, one as part of a raid and another as a stand alone drive. in both cases, neither the bios or windows would see the drive.
also, the model number is totally different than what was pictured, which is what I needed since the drive was intended to go into an existing raid."

"Hard drive was never erased from previous owner. Could not use it. They sent a return label but The UPS store changed me $!0.99 to ship it back to Vibrant Technologies, Inc. I'm still waiting for the replacement.
