"I have been buying on eBay and some other marketplaces as Alibaba for years already and I had a good average experience. Once you know how to recognize good sellers things usually gets better and you can save money. The downside with eBay is the time it takes and the warranty issues. When shopping for auto parts the time to spent to find the right parts makes everything more painful. I then decided to search for a reliable online auto parts store and after browsing and contacting some, I stopped on this one. I decided to contact them first to test their service and was surprise how sympathetic they were.
Finding my parts was as easy as selecting my vehicle and browse one simple and well organized catalog which is far better than eBay's mixed up one. I placed my order for front left and right MOOG control arms for my VW Jetta 2012 and paid with Paypal. I received a confirmation email right after and then my UPS tracking number. It was 4h32 pm when I placed my order and the tracking was already showing that it was picked up at 10h44 the next morning. The next day in the morning UPS was already at my house but I was at work so I picked it up at my UPS store on the way back home. The parts were shipped directly from the province of Quebec not from the United States and I had no custom fee or surprise, only had to sign and grab the box.
Opening the box, the wrapping was good, everything was safely protected for transport. I verified on the packing slip and the part numbers were matching everything seemed fine. I always go to the same mechanic which charges me by the hour while I'm used to bring my own parts. He double checked the parts before begining with the installation. These were the right control arms for my Jetta and it took a bit more than an hour for the installation.
I'm very satisfied with the experience overal, everything went perfectly and I didn't have to contact them after other than to say thanks.
