"Just purchased a home and secured a VA loan from Veterans United Home Loans. To Mason and Amanda and Justin and the rest of the staff we can only say Thanks!!! These people were extremely helpful through every step of the process and seemed to always be there when we had a question or concern. Everything seemed to flow quite quickly and we were in our new home in a reasonable amount of time. Appraisal took sone time but that had to do with availability of personnel (vacation) and not VU. If we had any criticism it would be that they have to learn to compensate for people with limited computer skills and equipment (printer). Overall, I would have to say that we were completely satisfied with the service they provided...definitely 5 stars!"
