Unfortunately, the front of a jewel case on one of the DVD discs was cracked. I am unsure how this happened, but I would assume in-transit. The DVD disc was not harmed in any way though.

I needed a 5 pin mini-b cable and assumed that since the product was not labeled as 4-pin (and others clearly were) that it was 5 pin (which is more of a standard). I received the 4-pin, and monarchtechnology would not RMA the product (unless I paid return shipping and a 15% restocking fee) since I "ordered the wrong product" and "It is not mentioned that it is 5 pin so we can not be liable for a mislabeled product in this case." The shipping was fast, and the prices were great - but buyer beware, the prodcuts are poorly labeled, and it is your fault if you get it wrong - and they won't help. Bad CS."

I came across Monarch while searching for a particular case on Pricewatch. I usually buy from Newegg but the price on this Antec case was unbeatable from Monarch Technology.I decided to make the purchase--of course after seeing how their ratings were on RR,and I'm glad I did. I bought on-line(on a Saturday) and was e-mailed a purchase confirmation a short time later. By Monday I had another e-mail with a FedEx tracking number. The package arrived today(Wednesday)which is the same delivery time frame I get from Newegg. The case arrived in perfect condition--wish they were double boxed but I've yet to see any company do that.
