Poor customer relation

"Very poor customer service from young man in "supervisor" position. I felt as though I was dealing with a petulant middle school student. Was unable to see that company obviously made a mistake in the description of an item. Unable to tell who writes the poor product descriptions. Was not aware or knowledgeable of the products. It was actually exhausting talking with him. I felt my brain was turning to mush with each word out of his mouth. I began to believe the company trains their employees in this fashion. The company obviously has no regard for their customers. I guess they do not have to because they appear to have a monopoly on all things cheer. I have never dealt with such poor customer relations in my many years of purchasing dance related items. I would suggest the owner visit a few dance related companies to learn proper customer service and how to write detailed and accurate descriptions for products. Oh, by the way, may also wish to add size charts to the clothing items enabling customers to approximately gauge the size needed. I got lucky and "guessed" the correct sizes needed. Perhaps this is yet another tactic of company policy to get customers to return and re order with yet another exorbitant shipping charge. In addition, they offer limited to no shipping tracking information. One can track the shipment via Fed Ex, however, no explanations, etc. are offered via the company. You see the date the item was ordered, the date it was shipped out, and nothing more. I had to call the company because an item showed it had been shipped out 2 weeks prior. I became worried that I had not received it. I called the company. It was like trying to get through top security. At first no one was willing to answer me. I was finally transferred to a woman who was actually quite pleasant and informative. She informed me the item had been shipped to another location for embroidery. While it was comforting to know the item was not lost, I should not have had to endure a 30 minute phone process to find out such simple information. The entire ordering process feels calculated with little regard to assist the customer."
