"The appliance was delivered very quickly, but there no was phone call in advance to set up a delivery time. I happened to be home when the delivery guy arrived, but he rang the bell and immediately returned to the truck to get the appliance. So I opened the door and saw no one, and closed it. Then he rang the bell again after dragging this very heavy box up a long walkway with a few stairs, and did not want to take it back down the walkway and bring it around to the garage door. Which I would have asked him to do in the first place if he had been standing there when I opened the door the first time he rang the bell. All of this could have been avoided by a phone call to establish a delivery time, at which point I would have said, "please tell delivery guy to bring it to the garage door".
But on the plus side, the appliance was extremely well packaged, delivered very quickly, and seems to be functioning very well!"
