"I've been using V4L for a while now and seldom have and issue with the products. If something goes wrong the staff will fix it right away. I have settled as a Cuban cigar flavor user. The carts and juices are very consistent. I have not experienced any issues with their E-Cigar King Batteries."

"My first order I got the cappuccino and cinnamon roll flavors. The cappuccino pods were horrible! 2 of them leaked one had a burnt taste to it and the other lasted less than a day. The taste was ok when it did work. The cinnamon roll flavor taste great except they do not last an entire day. I got the zero nicotine. I've placed this last order to see the outcome thinking I just got a bad set of pods. If the fact that they only last about a day when other pods lasted me 3-4 days then I'll leave the Juul all together. No point in wasting money so I'll find a refillable pod. But I won't place any orders with Vapor4life anymore. I've reached out to customer service and never heard back, which tells me they don't back their products. Sorry guys!"

"I ordered from them when I could not smoke in some places and months later that e-cig still worked. Decided to quit smoking and ordered a couple of back ups. They CHANGED manufacturers. SO this new one showed up- and about 5-10 puffs later it was done. Tried number 2 and same thing. They offered a replacement but big deal. $8.00 later for 10 puffs is just not worth it. I was not after any freebies, nor asked for them but WOULD like an explanation on how and why you had a product that worked and turned to this cheap junk. Company did offer to make good but still, if you are offering an e-cig that runs out in 2 hours forget it, I went to my local smoke shop and did much better."
"Out of eight cartridges I've ordered, only two worked, and they didn't last more than a week each. I spent a nearly $80 for a product I expected to work. Total loss since Feb.2019-March2019. Over and above that, I kept adding their e-juice thinking I wasn't adding enough. That didn't solve the dud cartridge problem either. I'll be switching to a different brand even though customer service tries to accommodate by replacing non-working cartridges (that don't work either). Because they're customer service is so outstanding, I feel guilty for complaining. Even so.... I have experienced a total loss and didn't spend close to $150 in sum to fight with should have been a quality product for the price I spent. "

"Vapor4life is one of the best ecig companies out there, and I've been vaping for some time. I always receive their products in good time and I'm almost 100% satisfied with their products. I say almost because they offer a huge amount of flavors and, taste being very subjective, I've ordered some flavors that didn't do it for me. But, at least they have a multitude of options, MANY of which I love and order routinely. I've only had 1 problem with their products over the past two years and they responded promptly with a replacement. I've been through many, MANY ecig companies but I always go back to V4L for their quality products and their consistently great service. Oh, and have I mentioned how AWESOME their Titan batteries are? They're exquisite! Both beautiful and powerful, I don't work for this company, but I can sing their praises high and loud. I wish more vendors were as reliable and genuine as Vapor4life. I would recommend them, full heartedly!"
