"I ordered a Panasonic DMC-FZ18K camera from Vann's. I had tried to get it from Amazon but they were out of stock. I was a little leary about going with Vann's since I wasn't familiar with them, but I had read some reviews and figured I would give them a try since they had the best price.

I called to order the camera and waited a reasonable amount of time before I was connected with a sales person. The order was taken, and the sales person indicated I would need a memory card since the camera did not come with one. I indicated I had one and the matter was dropped - no pressure. A couple of days after my order was placed, the camera went on sale. I called Vann's and they credited my account for the difference - no problem. The camera came on the day promised in perfect condition. I would definitely deal with them again.

"Vann's by FAR is the best internet store I have ever dealt with. I live in Ohio and was very skeptical about buying a big screen TV (Samsung HL-T6187S) over the internet not to mention from a company in Montana!
I did a lot of research on different TV's and stores and Vann's had the best price on the one I wanted, also free shipping! Vann's also had the best ratings/testimonials. I also bought the matching Samsung stand at a great deal.
Ordering was fast and easy and I received email communications quickly, the staff at Vann's was very polite and helpful.
I was able to track my order accross the country and was contacted by the carrier to set up a delivery time at my home. The TV and stand arrived in perfect condition so start to finish this has been a very positive experience.
Sum it up Vann's is Highly Recommended and I will definitely purchase form them again.

"This company does not want to deal with problems. If everything goes smoothly that's one thing, but if you have a problem, they are not there to help. I ordered a DVD recorder that quit two weeks after I received it from Vanns. I sent them a message on their website and it took nearly two weeks for them to respond. After they heard that Panasonic was going to deal with it, they were ready to do anything to help... but not before. Make sure you don't throw anything away that comes with your order; they may even want the ties that the cords are wrapped in... No customer service here. Just lip service. I see that they are all owners and I'm sure that comes in handy when dealing with a dissatisfied customer; just a moment I let you speak with the owner..."

"Purchased a Panasonic TC-32LX700, 32" LCD TV.

Vann's had the best price, of the legit merchants, plus free shipping. The entire order process was hassle free and I was kept informed by Vann's during the entire process.

The tv arrived in 7 days, double boxed and in perfect condition.

As a side note, I don't know whether Vann's fraud security department initiated it or not, but for the first time I received a call from my credit card company's security department checking to see if I had actually placed the order with Vann's or if someone else was using my card.

Does not matter who initiated the fraud check but I really appreciated the fact that someone was paying attention.

I will definitly order from Vann's again.

"This was the easiest buy I have had on the internet. I looked for months to find the right vendor and price for the Sony 52KDLXBR4 LCD TV I bought. I was very concerned about buying a TV on the internet that was expensive, arrived broken and I would be stuck with it. Vann's had the best price I found from a reputable dealer (used reseller rating database); no shipping charges or taxes either. The box arrived in about a week in pristine condition. The TV was in the same condition. I will definitely buy from Vann's again. This was a pleasant experience...and I am very satisfied."

"This company is TOP NOTCH. I have ordered a big screen TV and a home theater system from them in the last 2 weeks. The prices I paid were cheaper than anywhere else with FREE SHIPPING! The TV I purchased went on sale further than what I paid a week and a half later, so Vanns actually credited me the difference when I inquired. No problems here - will be doing all my electronics shopping here for now on!"

"Bought over $4K worth of AV equipment from Vann's. Pleasant rep. on the phone (after a 30 minute wait on hold). Everything came well packed. Yellow delivered the plasma TV. FedEx delivered the smaller packages. Excellent service. Everything works perfectly."

"Purchased a 50" Panasonic Plasma from Vanns at the suggestion of many of the AVS forum members. The unit arrived with a screen issue which couldn't be resolved and was immediately reported.
Vanns of Montana fully covered all expenses regarding shipping both ways the return and the new replacement. The new pannie arrived yesterday so the whole process took less then a week. It was as smooth and painless as possible in what could easily have been a very stressful situation. I'd rank them at the very top in customer service..Montana friendliness.

"I ordered a "52" Toshiba LCD on 1/1/08,price was very good and included a wall mount.When it arrived I asked the truck driver if he had time to hang around while I opened the box.Now the box did not show any signs of damage.But when we pulled top off the one of the "styrofoam" support blocks located at one corner was busted and lying in the bottom of the box.(not a good sign)So I removed the Styrofoam wrap from the front of the screen and staring back at me was a line approx. 24 inches long running left to right in the middle of the screen!!It was about 1/2 thick.Truck driver said "looks like dust",my wife said"looks like a scratch" I said "looks like it's going back".The line was behind the glass,so this thing is toast,back with the lid and back on the truck.The box did not have one dent or mark on the outside!!. The moral of this little moment,open the box and inspect,inspect,inspect !!.
I informed Vanns immediately and they were very nice about the fact that i did not accept shipment.
Second shipment arrived 1/15/08,same truck driver so he already knew the routine I was going to go thru.In fact he asked me if it would be ok to open the box ?.We did and every thing was fine this time.Plugged it in that night and all was good.

" NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER order from this company. Do yourself a favor, and pay more somewhere else. You will be thankful in the end. I ordered a washer and dryer from them on November 13. When received on November 19, the washer was damaged in transit, but the dryer looked fine. I rejected the washer, contacted them (usual 30 minute hold on customer service), and they agreed to ship out another ONLY when they could confirm the damaged one was in transit back to them. This took several days of my work before Vann's decided to ship out another. On November 29, another washer was delivered. This too came in damaged. I rejected this one and after my 30 minute wait for customer service, we mutually agreed that they would simply refund the amount of the washer when they received the washer back. They claimed I should have a credit on my card within a week. Here it is more than 2 weeks later, and still no credit. I keep getting passed from service representative to representative, each one with a different story of why no credit has occurred. And now I have to wait for the “manager” to call me back, but it may take some time since they are so busy these days. Very dishonest and unethical. That is only the first problem. After needing to order a washer from a more reputable company (which came in fine within a few days), I attempted to install the dryer and noticed that the dryer had been damaged on the bottom during shipment. I did not notice this when it first came in since I did not turn the dryer on its top to check it. And now, Vann’s WILL NOT take the dryer back since they claimed it is past the allowed time to be able to return damage deliveries. No ifs, ands or buts. A simple NO was what I got after several days of waiting for a “manager” to call me back. So here I am almost a month later, with no credit for a washer I no longer have, and a dryer I cannot use. Whirlpool was just as useless in that they provided no help at all. Never again with either Whirlpool or Vanns (not that they care)."

"I ordered my camera on Nov 26, shipping was slow due to being ground shipping and right after black Friday but I got the camera on the day they said I would and have had no probelms with it. I called Vann's to ask some questions about the camera and the salesman was very friendly and knowledgable. I would definely order from them again."

"I Initially called the site direct 12/7 to order directly as I needed to delay the shipping for 1 week in order to insure I would be home for delivery. Customer service rep. was very polite and told me they wanted my business but he advised not to order for another week as he couldn't guarantee that the Panasonic TH-50PZ750U 50" Plasma I wanted might not ship quickly and lead to a problem with delivery. While disappointed I appreciated his honesty and reordered a week later.

TV (and DVD/Cables etc) arrived exactly as promised, in perfect condition, and I couldn't be happier.

Highly recommend to others and will use again.
