We will see I guess

"No estimated shipping timeline provided. Followed up with a call and they said 2-10 days. I asked if that was shipping and processing or just shipping and they didn't know, just said I'd get an email with tracking once it ships. It's been 2 days (holiday weekend) no tracking email yet. Weird to send a survey when items haven't even shipped yet, so not sure how satisfied I am yet. "

Our 5th Car from McCords

"We recently needed to replace my wifes car. We wanted something AWD and decided on the Corolla Cross. We looked on Vancouver Toyotas website and saw a new one at a fair price, only problem was Toyota Corporate was holding the car in the port of Portland for inspection for 90 days. We test drove a used 22 Corolla Cross and decided to buy the new one when it arrived. We worked with Skyler P. He kept us updated daily on the status of my wifes new vehicle. I called Nate, the general manager just to find out why Toyota wouldn't release the new vehicle to the dealer for delivery. Short answer is they have to inspect it before releasing it. Nate put pressure on them to expedite delivery. Skyer and Nate contacted us daily to keep us updated. The big day finally came and Skyler took good care of us, he even helped connect my wifes Android phone to the infotainment system. The whole buying process was very stress free and we highly recommend Skyler (in used sales) and McCords Vancouver Toyota!"
