I complained and they returned to complete the work. I was disappointed in the fact that they were not up front with me and it was a struggle to get quality work. This year the man came to inspect to be sure the termites had not returned.I paid 159.00 for him to go under the house look around a bit and come back out saying it was clear. I don't doubt that it was clear but he did not go far under to check... hopefully there will be no termites in the future...got a bad start...lost trust..."
