When he got to our house, he explained what he was going to do and asked our permission before he started. He also spent 50 minutes at our house. I was very impressed with his attitude and very detailed work. I realize this was a baseline appointment for a new Value Pest provider, so I don't expect the next quarterly visit to be that long.
