"I ordered a leather bonded book with 9 point font +EXTRAS. I received a hardcover version with standard font and weak binding + no extras. The sub-seller, Hippo Books, would never reply to any of my emails - zero. I had to next wrestle with Valorebooks for days and that turned into a total joke. Either I waste more money paying to return ship their mistake or take a 50% refund and keep the wrong book. I ended the stupid paid for blunder by taking the 50% off. The book is worth maybe 10 bucks (I'm out $18.50) and the smaller font means I can only use it for reference and not regular reading. Now I have to search and pay for the correct book all over again, and wait again for that delivery. I HAD ROTTEN BUSINESS WITH HIPPO BOOKS BEFORE and had I known this was the sub-seller within Valorebooks I would have immediately stopped any transaction. WITH THE HELP OF VALOREBOOKS HIPPO IS HAPPILY SCREWING AS MANY AS THEY CAN, SO CLIMB ABOARD AND ENJOY THE RIDE SUCKERS. "
