"Ordered a pair of boots and received the promotional item. Received an email stating the vendor cancelled the order due to the inability to fulfill.
Valley Vet says that tried to reach me by phone but I never received a call. I did get an email but it was vague and didn't tell me why the order was cancelled. It was only after I called that someone explained what happened.
Valley Vet is a great place to shop and I will continue to shop there but someone dropped the ball this time."
