"My auto ship equine medicine didn’t come with my dog’s auto ship, which was bothersome because then I had to pay shipping. So I called. It was explained that the medicine was out of stock and that they would not longer allow it to be on auto ship.
I could, however ask for an email to be sent when it was back in stock. This I did and within a few days I received the email, went online and ordered the RX.
So that was good.
I’m not sure if I have keep an eye out for my refills seeing that they will no longer be auto shipped. Requires a phone call…"
"I placed an order the beginning of dec. Didn’t receive order confirmation for a week. After that said they couldn’t ship to my address, gave another address to use. Week goes by and I email to confirm the order is still coming and they say they’d JUST updated the address. Twice I was told it was shipped and I’d be getting the tracking later that day. I finally emailed back to cancel the order after still not receiving any confirmation it had shipped and I needed it for Xmas. Still no response. I went and bought the items locally and then my order shows up the following week. Now I just spent half the cost of the order returning it. "
