Not very good at business or customer service

"I thought I was on Amazon Prime, but realized a few weeks laterI purchased a valet stand from this flybynight outfit. I never received a confirmation and didn’t recognize the name or the price when the item showed up on my credit card. “Luxury Items” was the name of the company on my credit card. I called the credit card company and they tried to contact the “Luxury items” but The company didn’t respond. THE CREDIT CARD COMPANY INSISTED that this was probably fraud and to shut down my credit card. This was a major inconvenience but the credit card company described the behavior as typical of a company that engages in fraud and I would be responsible if they were other charges. I cancelled the card.
I received the item about a week later and called the credit company immediately to tell them I received the item, they immediatelY processed payment to the company. I received an email from some seoservices? Telling me that I was committing fraud. After four emails and three calls to the credit card company - each call they assured me the company was paid - the company which now has three names! Luxury items, valet stands and seoservices told me that they were charging me with fraud!
I received an inquiry from UPS saying that a new company “Proman” filed a claim against me for fraud. As of today - a month after the initial transaction, these creeps refuse to acknowledge payment. A week after they were paid they told me they contacted UPS, FEDEX and DHL to require that all item have a signature.
Oh, I paid $162 for something I could have gotten at Target for about half that.

"I received a valet stand from Valetstand.com as a Christmas gift. Upon opening the box we noticed the coat hanger part was cracked nearly through. I first called the Valetstand.com customer number and got an answering machine so I left my name and number with a brief description of the problem. While waiting for a return call I found the assembly instructions and noticed a number from the manufacturer to call for assembly problems. I called the number and immediately got through to a customer service representative. After explaining the problem he promptly assured me he would replace the part.
Within 10 minutes of hanging up the phone I received a call from the re-seller, Valetstand.com, and after explaining why I called and that I had also been in contact with the manufacturer I was told that I was in good hands but to call back if I experienced any further problems.
The part arrived (at the purchasers address) about a week later, free of charge and free shipping.
By the way, the manufacturer was Proman Products out of Orange California. I would not hesitate dealing with either company again in the future.
Overall I am very satisfied with both companies and wanted to share my experience.

"I ordered a Valet stand in December 2009, for $200, and by the mid-January and ten attempts to contact via email, live chat or phone, I realized this was a scam. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau of Montana, but don't expect to see my money again. No attempts to contact them are returned. This site needs to be shut down before more people are duped. On 1/20/2010, my husband contacted the local sheriff in Emigrant, MT where this company is located. A detective went to visit the company after we informed them of several complaint websites listing the same problems we had of ordering and never seeing the products. Within two days we had a refund in our account. However, I am not sure what the company is doing to stop their practices or if the local sheriff is continuing to monitor them for fraudulent business activities. They tried to balme in on their vendors, but the complaints we found dated back to 2008. If it was a vendor issue, they should have switched vendors or stopped doing business. Just glad we got our money back, but it was a harsh lesson in on-line buying."

"I ordered a Men's Executive Valet from this company. My credit card was immediately charged $170 and my order was never shipped/received. I never received any tracking information, customer service does not answer calls, and emails are not returned. This is NOT a legimate company. It is part of the Absaroka Internet Group however their company phone number is disconnected. I currently have a fraudulent charge case against them. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! THEY WILL SCAM YOU!!"

"This company shipped me an Orbita Watch Winder worth 15K - had it delivered to my door and set up white glove service. I never expected to be treated so well from an online order. They sent me free wooden color swatches before making the purchase so my decor would match. Amazing"

"DO NOT ORDER FROM ValetStand.com / Absaroka Internet Group - THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS!
I placed an order with ValetStand.com / Absaroka Internet Group on August 09, 2008. Over two weeks later my credit card is charged, but I am still waiting for my order. They do not respond to any form of communication. Emails are ananswered phone messages are not returned and there is no advertised live chat rep.

"I ordered a valet stand on june 23, 2008 with a guaranteed 3 day shipping that I paid a $43 fee for. 5 days later I still have no valet stand and the company does not respond to email or voice mail on their "guaranteed customer service lines and mailboxes." They also have a supposed "Live Chat" customer service rep on their website that is also dead. I am out a total of $189.00 and no one even responds to me. I think they are bunch of rip off and scam artists."
